This Christmas, I reached a very sad, yet extremely satisfying conclusion on the epic saga that few people will fully understand. As you can imagine, I got the last Resident Evil game (canon, that is) that I never played through (CVX). I've played and completed RE:0, REmake, RE2 RE3, RE: DS, RE:UC, and RE4. I've played the following: RE:CV (never played CVX and I was quite young when I played at GameStop on the DreamCast console), RE (original), RE: Director's Cut, RE2 demo (waaaay back when). I've even touched a copy of RE: Survivor. I pride myself in the fact that I know pretty much everything relating to the story, including many things that I've pondered over to myself. My love for the Survival-Horror pioneer saga began quite atypically. It was through 8 years of nightmares that I finally decided to face my irrational fear of zombies and I played through RE:Zero. With that, I was off. Using the knowledge of the mansion that I memorized in the nightmares I had, I plowed through RE: DS, which I pride myself in being one of the first in my area (and one of the only) to have purchased myself a copy. Since then, I've played very little of DS games other than that one. My point is, well, I don't have one. Don't let fear stop you and play games.
Happy Holidays!
