So these past 3 years I've been watching on TV one of the greatest and (the) longest running TV shows of all time, Dr. Who. I was the guy that would watch Dr. Who instead of the reality TV and ABC, CBS, and NBC programming when the greats like CSI and LOST and Heroes and such were on (and are still on) and I grew fond of David Tennent. I fell in love with his acting (in a completely platonic way) and of his love for playing the charismatic and eccentric Doctor of Gallefrey. I watched every Friday night as he used his wits and charm to take on the evil Dalek's, the tyrannical Cybermen, and even kill Satan. I watched as the Doctor took on the Master (again) and watched as Captain Jack Harkness died (again and again [he's immortal it is revealed, sorry if you didn't know]) and the Doctor made a funny joke about it. I fell in love with the Doctor (again, in a completely platonic way). It was announced at this past British National Television Awards that David Tennant will not be returning to his role. I was devastated. I cannot even begin to tell you how deeply saddened that he will not return. All of those adventures that we'd shared, the Doctor's love for Rose and her "death", K9's triumphant return with Sara Jane Smith, are now going to be shared with another Doctor; this isn't necessarily a bad thing, though. This has happened to me before when Christopher Eccleston left his role. This won't change anything in my opinion about one of my TV and acting heroes but deep in my heart, nobody will ever replace David Tennant as science-fiction's hero. We'll miss you Mr. Tennant and wish you good luck in your future endevoirs.

To celebrate my images coming back up on GS, I've decided to share my latest escapades in Team Fortress 2. The first shot is of a pyro rocking out, the second is a floating and on fire sniper, the third is a glitch that's not uncommon where the medigun heals a random point in the air, and the last set of images is from when I decided to take a sniper with a kukhri blade on an uber run. The RISC group (aka Streetlight Manifesto and friends) announced about a month ago that there will be 8 new albums from the 4 artists in the RISC group, including the much anticipated and 7 year in the making Bandits of the Acoustic Revolution full-length album. The best part about this announcement is that they'll be released NEXT YEAR (!YAY!), so there'll be 2 new Streetlight Manifesto albums AND 2 new BOTAR albums, plus 4 new albums from new artists supported by Streetlight Manifesto. Can't wait!

Zombie Panic Source is a "Source Mod" that pits a team of up to 17 survivors and 3 zombies against each other. The objectives vary between maps and can range from blow up the zombie "house" to just plain survive for ten minutes. I played quite a bit and I can't stop playing. Enclosed are some screenshots for your entertainment including a mass zombie migration to "zombie island".

These next shots are of a guy who was infected by the carrier zombie (in this game the carrier is called "Whitey") who decided to help his team by leaving the base (knowing he was going to die) equipped with only a golf club. He lasted nearly 30 seconds.

WTF?! I got kicked from the "Arcade and Rithym Game" union?! What'd I do?

WTF!! Steam's update brought 5 great mods to the mainstream of gaming. Included was ZOMBIE PANIC SOURCE which is like King Kong playing Counter-Strike on crack cocaine. It's addictive, terrifying, and lots of fun. I encourage everyone to shell out 5 bucks for SDK base so you can play the half-life mods for free. This weekend HL2: Episode 1 is 5 bucks! I had Orange Box already so I didn't have to pay again.

Today I played Spy on Team Fortress 2. Today...I didn't suck for the first time since I bought the game. The screenshots are of my score and of a sentry. See if you can find the sentry in the pictures.
