I've said this once, and I'll say it again.

A game revolving around the Boss (the Joy) would kick arse.

Fighting alongside the Cobra Unit, going on tons of missions (including the once where she has to kill the Sorrow), and finally battling Naked Snake.

You've got this spot on.

Maybe even make a series from Ocelot's point of view?

But, I would suggest a completely clean slate. New cast, new story, everything. Although, how it would grip me is not within my scope of thinking. It would have to be really special to get over the loss of Solid Snake.

To be honest, doesn't MGS4 have it's own trophy system with the obtainable emblems?

MGS4 and Uncharted yes.

Guitar Hero if they do it possibly. But I doubt it considering the online GH community basically takes care of those needs with it's score attack base.

Im in big boss extreme and for some reason I couldnt buy anymore anesthetic ammo from drebin, is that really what its supposed to be? If thats so, how would you beat the bosses without killing them on their beast form, coz I now on their beauty form you simply have to wait till the time limit ran out and they would automatically die, how did you guys beat the bosses in big boss extreme mode?

johnlennon28

That is how it's supposed to be. It's all about managing your ammo. Using as little as possible, even stock piling on previous play throughs helps.

Buy up loads of emotion ammo on previous play throughs too, use those instead of tranqs on soldiers

As for the beauty forms, try beating them up using CQC rather than ammo, or even stun grenades. I know you should never hit a woman, but they aren't real ones right?

Played GRID. I really liked it.

Awesome looks and a good driving experience.

Played Burnout too, not too sure. Dunno how much the DLC would change my mind, also not too sure about the free-roaming aspect. I like racing games to be structured, I don't like having to go around and try to find the place where my favorite event is.

Think that means I have made up my mind and that I should get GRID.

Race Driver: GRID or Burnout Paradise (now on sale)

GRID is awesome I know, both games are. But Burnout has new DLC coming soon.

This is a toughie.

Big Boss said that under certain circumstances it was possible for the Patriots that make people act certain ways, while showing Ocelot doing his MGS2 Liquid impression. The Patriots were using the nanomachines to turn him into Liquid for a limited period of time to mess with Snake. Ocelot later used hypnotic suggestion and his nanomachines to make himself into Liquid's doppelganger in order to take down the Patriots using Snake. In the last fight you beat it out of him :P He's finally free when he goes "You're pretty good!"

It got me thinking though, in MGS1, Ocelot goes "You're pretty good, just what I'd expect from the man with the same code as the Boss." I had thought he was referring to Liquid, but seems he may have been talking about Big Boss after all.

That's very perceptive of you, wow (trust me, I'm not being sarcastic here). Talk about some deep stuff. I need to go back to MGS1 as well it seems.

They're not screwed. As has already been made clear not every developer has a 100% track record.

I've seen some pretty awful Konami and Capcom games, not to mention the amount of turkeys EA have foisted upon us.

Although, Free Radical need to pull their fingers out to make sure they don't screw up again, the next Timesplitters game should do that, and they need to take on board all the criticism aimed at Haze and improve on those areas.

Also, they could do with chatting to team Kojima, Guerilla and Naughty Dog about making visuals that get the best out of the PS3 rather than creating what they currently have.

Lessons will be learnt, to be honest, we don't learn from when we get things right. We learn, when we get them wrong.

Quote from the Ocelot Biography from the MGS4 guide

During the Big Shell Incident in 2009 (and, for that matter the theft of Metal Gear Ray two years previously), Ocelot again concealed his true intentions from his enemies, allies and Patriot masters alike through a series of audacious deceptions. His principle innovation was to periodically assume the identity of Liquid, as if somehow possessed by the dead clone. The Patriots, though alarmed by such behavious, at no point doubted his integrity - as he had planned.

Eventually adopting the full-time persona of 'Liquid Ocelot', thus severing his ties with The Patriots, Ocelot feigned desire to create a world of lawless freedom (much like Big Boss before him).......

and it continues from there.

So there you have it, never really possessed.

Kinda missing the point here

I'm a recluse gamer with a vitamin B deficiency. I don't go outside, why would I wanna know the weather?

Only joking, but seeing as Sony want people to play the console, isn't this a way of making them go outside away from the console?

And to be honest, I only really need weather updates at work and I aint taking my PS3 there.

Seems cool though. I'm more looking forward to the movie download service
