auctally in MGS2 when you heard liquids voice that was really liquid. During MGS2 he still had Liquids arm that Ocelot had put on himself so he could learn more about liquid. but apparently whenever snake was around liquid auctally took over ocelot. now in the end of mgs2 ( you dont get to see this part) ocelot put his hand back on his arm. in the twin snakes after he gets his hand cut off he picks it up and puts it in his pocket (or so my friend tells me)

Hmmm, Strange, Isn't it said by Big Boss at the end of MGS4 that Liquid never took over Ocelot, and that it was all done through Hypnotic suggestions and nano-machines? Same as Psycho Mantis' mind was hypnotically put over Screaming Mantis, as they said about Vamp, these are 'real' people, not supernatural forces.

Why on the last game of the series did Kojima leave so many questions?

Same situation as involving Screaming Mantis and Psycho Mantis, it's done through hypnosis and Nano-machines to create a personality, in this case Liquid Snake inside of Ocelot.

He did this to mask his true intentions from the Patriots, because Ocelot was originally was a Patriot himself, doing it through Liquid's persona allowed him to move and act against the patriot undetected.

You do know the Genome soldiers are just normal soldiers who had Big Bosses 'soldier genes' injected into them right? Akiba wasnt a genome soldier simpley because he never took the manitory shots...

So, what you're saying is, that I was right.

And Akiba was never a coward, as he showed during the final sections of MGS4. He had never really fired a gun and he wasn't tapped into SOP. But never a coward.

Considering he didn't have his emotions regulated by the nanomachines he still went into battle, that takes guts.

PS. Raiden's body might have been meant to look poor as it was supposed to have been rebuilt after the beating his robot form took towards the end of the game, but his face was also poor.

Rose's model was terrible, as was Raiden's son, and As I said, Mei Ling's was dreadful throughout the game.

Meryl actually looked more feminine in her Soldier fatigues than in her wedding dress. Bit laughable really.

Anyone feel that the graphics in the end sequence are rather lackluster compared to the rest of the cut-scenes?

Mei Ling's arms, Meryl's shoulders, Raidens entire body model and face, even Snake looks a little bizarre in the end sequence, it's almost like they rushed it a bit.

Mei Ling's body model is laughable from the moment she first appears, her arms are too long, shoulders too square and her hands don't seem to be attached properly.

Anyone else noticed this?

Don't get me wrong, I love the game, and will definately play it again and online. But these bits spoilt it for me.
