How was heavenly sword over hyped? And i thought it was good, better than i expected. Then again that could just be me :P

Heavenly Sword was overhyped, they talked up the ability to switch stances, the emotional story line, the facial animations. The whole thing to be honest, it was going to be a system seller, but it ended up being a by-the-numbers beat 'em up.

Thanks for reminding me that Assassin's Creed was overhyped too. Uncharted had a lot less exposure and ended up being 10 times better.

A disc that can hold 54gb of data is an awesome achievement.

Compared to the 9GB of normal DvDs it makes Xbox 360 MGS look like a pipe dream. MGS4 was dual layered on a Blu Ray disc. 360 version to be on 5 discs? Doesn't make sense.

Close second would be making the thing as silent as a mouse. I can leave it on overnight and not hear it at all.

Never said anything was wrong with an Xbox 360. I just don't want to own one. Don't think I can actually look at the machine and pick something that I would buy it for.

The price I pay for being a Sony fanboy eh?

I realise that putting 1gb of RAM would have put the price up further, but the 360 has 512Mb of RAM, and that is generally enough for graphics cards these days. 256 in my opinion is just too little.

Don't get me wrong, I love my PS3. Think it's brilliant and am loving MGS4. I'd never dream of owning an Xbox. No matter what.

But, what do you think Sony's biggest mistake with the PS3 was?

For me I feel that it's the GPU. Only having 256Mb of RAM on the GPU means the textures cannot be as high res as games creators would like, and as a result they often look muddy or slightly blocky compared to Xbox versions of the same games. Considering Sony wants the PS3 to have a 10 year shelf life I feel that this was a major oversight and the GPU manufacturer Nvidia should have realised this when they created it.

Here's hoping they give us the Theatre mode we're gagging for as well.

New weapons and camo outfits would be nice too.

MGS1 and possibly even MGS2 downloads would be welcome if possible.
