@Chaos_Dante_456 @grayyfoxx @KBFloYd Sorry to hear that about your console. I imagine it will be possible to port a PS3 game to PS4, similar to how they ported PS2 games to PS3. The code probably has to rewritten though. I doubt they would really want to though, unless it's being developed for both consoles at once like Bungie is doing with Destiny.
@ztype85 One other thing, if you even care. Microsoft didn't have a home console back then either. So Sony may of had some rights but didn't care about porting it back then, unlike they would now.
@Chaos_Dante_456 @JohnMark320 My gripe was more with the changed music and VA, not to mention some of the cutscenes just felt out of place when it came to Solid Snake (ninja kicking the falling ceiling etc). That being said I still found the game enjoyable, seeing as the game looked great and you could do a no kill run. I just prefer the original slightly more.
@xhawk27 Kojima has said before in many interviews that MGS4 as is, is not possible for 360 due to it being optimized for the cell processor. Also the textures and audio were never compressed for PS3, so that is another thing they would have to do if they didn't want to put the game on 6 or 7 dual layer DVDs.
@Tinythegiant @Gus_Bliss Kojima said rights aren't the issue in that case, it's more that he doesn't consider Twin Snakes to be "his vision" because it was developed by Silicon Knights. I'm going to try to find the article where he stated this, I was almost certain it was here on Gamespot. As far as I understand though Konami/Kojima Productions still owns the rights.
