First off, I'm not a lemming. Second, I'm not doubting R&C is of AAA quality IRL. But as it stands the true score on GR is 89.7%. The rounding is for skimmers. If someone could please point me to a source that states that the rounded figure is the right value to use when determining the score of a game, then that's fine, but a couple of people saying that one figure is relevant when the other is not does not seem like any definitive resolution to this argument.

Except, if you bothered to actually click, you would see that it says 90%. Why is that? Because when a game is down by a fraction of a point, in this case 0.3%, that in no way affects the score and it still rounds up to a 90%. I would understand if it was an 88% or even a 89.3%, but it's down .3, which means it still rounds up to a 90% as shown on gamerankings when you actually click on the link.
I did bother actually click. the 90% avg is at the top of the page, if you bothered to actually read (Provided it's not to difficult for you) you'd see that it's definite average is down the bottom where the reviews are.First it's GR not credible, then it'sGR credible because GS is teh bias, now only the rounded score counts? Stop changing the rules.
You're the one changing the rules buddy. Use logic, it's a wonderful thing. Casey stated it, and i'm going to say it one more time. They. Round. If a game is down .3%, that does not mean that it's down an entire point. See where i'm going with this? 89.7% rounds up to 90%. If it didn't work like that on GR, they wouldn't even put the 90% in there. It's there because that's how it works. Actually, it's not even gamerankings, it's just common sense that 89.7% would round up to a 90%. Claiming ownage on that is moronic.
Why do they show the accurate score on the page at all then? Sounds like you guys are just covering your tracks. As I said, individual interpretation.

For petes sake, what determines a next gen system? A console that was released duing the current gens window. PS2, GC, Xbox are last gen. Wii, PS3, 360 are Current Gen. Whether a console is Next Gen or not is not determined by the graphics. If somthing has Next-Gen graphics, that just means the graphics are beyond last-gens capabilities. The Wii fits this profile as it is more powerful than the Xbox, the GC, and the Ps2. Not only that but the controller is more Next-Gen than prettyed up graphics (Which still can't hold a candle to PC) not because stuff like this hasn't been done before, but because it works well and it's standard with all the Wii consoles.
All three next-gen systems are doing OK. The PS3 might be lagging a bit behind but It's only one year into it's life cycle and theres no way anyone can predict the sales trends of the future. The 360hasgot a bad ass line upand is getting over it's rrod problems and the Wii issecond only to the DS. All three have some awesome games on the horizon and I personally can't wait till the middle of the current gen when all the devs are used to the respective systems.
All in all, I'm happy with the way it's going, the Wii/PS3 could do with a few more good games and Telecom could upgrade it's hopeless broadband backbone so I could use any of them online. BUt otherwise I'm happy.
