Everything is being turned into a TV series, lol, Hollywood is getting desperate.
Who's got the time to watch all these TV series, literally a new TV series every week. Unlike movies these things are a massive time commitment, nobody has the time to watch so many shows.
Also these things are pretty low budget to boot. The producer's are just taking the budget of what would have been a low budget movie and stretching it into 12 episode, which makes it even lower budget. And they always hire a bunch of no name actors for these an pay them scale, which makes the shows even less attractive.
This spiral into endless TV series is not a good sign.
@kentray1985: Please if you are really good, you can beat people with or without connection issues. FAce it you suck.
Both people experience the same delays, you telling me that the other guy can beat you and you can't beat them with the same delays? No, you just suck.
@kentray1985: What you think you can't beat people with bad connections?
Don't blame the connections blame the skills, I can win with or without bad connections.
Keep in mind both people are experiencing the same issue, there is no upper hand. If you're opponent can deal with it, then so can you, be a man.
If you're gonna look for reasons to quit, there is will always be a reason why you lost your win streak. Oh, my fingers cramped, oh, my joystick wasn't responding, oh, that last kick didn't register cause of the one second connection issue, oh, I was pressing block but didn't work, blah blah blah.
If you're trying top protect you win streak, you can think of millions of reasons to quit. But there is only one reason not to quit, it's called being a man. Manup son.
@devilmikey: It takes way more than 1 disconnect to get penalties. They're talking about hundreds of disconnects here. If your internet is that bad that you get hundreds and hundreds of disconnects maybe you should not be playing online.
@Spitznock: No, taking all their points away is the best method. Simply having them lose is not good enough, cause they already lost. They need to be punished for wasting the other players time and effort.
@lostn: Chinese people don't like to upgrade their PC for gaming. That's why AAA pc gaming never took off in China. There are people in China who still play CS on Celeron PCs.
And there has never been a console market in China because it was banned officially in China since I was a kid. This is the first generation of official home consoles in China. So its a brand new market, that nobody understands.
But Japanese console devs are starting to ship traditional Chinese language games for the first time ever.
I think somebody has to take a risk on this. You need exclusive games to move consoles in any new territory. I can see this as being a collaboration between Sony or MS with a local Chinese Dev, with Sony or MS splitting the dev costs down the middle, in hopes of using the game as a console seller in China.
But its a brave new world, for consoles. If one of these console's breaks into China, and penetrates critical mass, we're talking astronomical sales numbers. People in China can afford these consoles, they just need a reason to want one.
