@Gam1nG_W1zard These are tactical games, but gamers have been fed a slow and steady diet of pure action games for years and feel all games should be more action oriented, but at that point why have genres at all? Shit why not have madden football players pick up some weapons and just start firing on their teams instead of getting into strategic defensive positions?

@finalkain @bksonic123 That is true, they have taken it down a path of worse and word review scores as they move farther and farther away from being an RPG series so that they can appeal to the mindless masses that want a simple action game with a final fantasy veneer.

@soevie @keldarironfist Kingdom Hearts isn't an RPG series, I am sorry. I am amazed people think it is. It's an action game with a couple light RPG elements thrown in to justify calling it something that it isn't. RPG's may not be limited to turn based, but this series has always been that way and should remain so.

@Gr3gSolidus I can make it real simple: Turn based RPG's and ATB based game play > than FF action games which are not RPG's :).

@civicthong He has failed, with FF13 which wasnt turn based either, and you only controlled one character while the rest was automated. FF12, which wasn't done by him was also an mmo styled turd as well. And now FF "fans" are apparently happy to get a kingdom hearts clone which is an action game not an RPG. It's absolutely shameful.

@Pierce_Sparrow This is true, square is catering to the absolutely shit filled tastes of the west and this generation's desire for everything to be shiny, simple, and pure action. Bravely Default is more of a Final Fantasy sadly then this game. Mass effect is an action game with some very light RPG elements, that were then stripped out as the series progressed, shocking eh?
