The Xbox One titles never seem to be the same caliber as the X360 titles.

@lonesamurai1: I could care less about the debates. All I know is gaming on the X is pretty great, the visuals are stellar on supported titles and it's affordable with no hassles. I will gladly trade off some shadow quality and perhaps some draw distance in near 4K for the right to own my games. At least with consoles I can trade or sell my games when I am done with them. On PC you can only hit the delete button. That's a poor investment no matter how pretty the content is on the screen.

@lonesamurai1: When you sell more games on the console than the PC, the PC becomes the problem despite it's instant scalability. But your full time job is to shit on consoles at any cost. The Xbox One X is fucking amazing man!

This Witcher patch has proven yet again just how amazing the new Xbox One X is. I can't believe the level of fidelity these enhanced games have. We are SOOOOOO close to PC level graphics at only $500. It's hard to believe a console is this capable. Wow. Truly, I don't miss PC gaming and I even sold my last GTX 1080ti last week since I haven't used the gaming PC since the X was released. Now if we can just get those last few straggler devs to fix their games, F13, Sunset Overdrive etc...

@blitxxx1981: trick question... buy a 4k tv with true HDR and set the console to 4k. Looks great.

Not all TV's provide full rec.2020 wide color gamut that HDR10 provides. Even though a TV is labeled as such, it only means it can convert the meta data to a proper SDR without the washed out image full HDR provides on non-HDR displays while retaining more of the peak brightness levels. Cheap 4K TV's claiming "HDR" are rarely providing the full experience. Also, lots of TV's still don't support Dolby Vision and no TV's yet support freesync. All of which will be coming in the years ahead now that the new HDMI 2.1 specs has been finalized. It's always cute and infuriating at the same time when gaming sites try to have articles like this. Missing all the subtle details of the tech exposes the lack of knowledge of the subject matter instantly.

@Random_Matt: A LOT of games are still 60fps though. Not saying Xbox One X is the definitive gaming device but there are tons of 60fps games running at near 4k and that's very impressive for the specs.
