The true legal definition of gambling is playing for the chance of money OR OTHER STAKES... New Zealand conveniently stopped reading the dictionary the second they hit the word money. In addition... the definition includes the act or practice of risking the loss of something important by taking a chance or acting recklessly.

So lets use the word gambled in a sentence shall we? Gamer kid with no parental supervision recklessly gambled all his credits away for a chance to win an important upgrade but lost.

Interesting what gamers cry about and what they don't. The fact that gamers are perfectly ok buying full price digital downloads they don't actually own, are locked to online accounts and can never sell, trade or loan baffles me.

Does anyone seriously expect Destiny gamers to not buy into all the content? Who buys a persistent online game and not expect something like this. People that live to bitch, that's who.

Bad games don't cause people to fall into devious traps, stupid people and lousy parenting do. The laws should be against making games like this in the first place, not making it harder for kids to get their hands on them. When devs play fair and honestly, no one complains and no one has to point fingers and start drafting up new laws to protect the stupid.

Some good games, but not going to be a stellar stand out year if that's all there is.

The competition was too great, a game no one really complained about. Anyone that played it actually loved it. It Included all the content with the single price of admission with no extra fees and provided a fleshed out campaign. A serious threat to EA and all that they stand for.
