why would they need to make it cooler? it dosent over heat like the 360. I dont think it does anyway. Could we see a Price drop if this happens?

Price drop? Very possible. Apparently, the 65nm chip process is a more cost-efficient way of supplying PS3's with processors.

Yes it will be embarassing to cut prices so soon if it does happen. Take an Economics class if you don't understand what i am talking about. It shows that they do not have confidence in their product hence forced to lower the price to make it more attractive.Deihmos

Embarassing would probably be posting in a PS3 forum when one doesn't own a PS3.

You're confusing personally perceived value with actual physical value. The market value of the technology wrapped in the PS3 is well worth retail. Whether a consumer can personally justify the price or not, the PS3 is undeniably valued well above the asking price.

Agreed. Just ask Sony how much they're losing on each unit. They are charging well below what it's worth. 

What they are trying to say is that the whole Nova Crystalis saga is not all PS3 exclusive. Final Fantasy XIII and Versus XII ARE PS3 exclusive, they are making other games related to the saga that are not PS3 exclusive.
