I'll see if I can finally get this to work.  56" Samsung 1080p, Sony receiver (to be replaced with a Denon), Infinity towers and center, Infinity surrounds mounted in ceiling, Infinity 10" sub.

You act as if competition is a bad thing.

[QUOTE="Adrian_Cloud"][QUOTE="ramey70"][QUOTE="Adrian_Cloud"][QUOTE="XboxUnderground"]this is why 360 owns you can make a game in 720p and then 360 scales it to 1080p

No it doesn't. Stop lying about your systems capabalities. It has to be developed for 1080p, to be displayed as a 1080p image. GT: HD just proves how valuable 1080p can be, and by the time GT:HD comes out more people will have 1080p. Other than that Virtua Fighter 5= 1080p Virtua Tennis 3= 1080p New Basket-ball game =1080p Tekken 6 =1080p. Killzone 2= 1080p.

Actually he's correct. The 360 can upscale native 720p renderings to display at 1080p. However, they won't be native 1080p images. A 1080p native HDTV will do the same thing with 720p games on the PS3. It just depends on what you consider to be better, the 360's scaler or the one in your set.

No it probably could if the devs would do it, but Microsoft said it couldn't. Just check IGN.com for the FAll update review.

You are confusing native 1080p renderings with upscaled renderings.

**Correction**

I had stated that the Porn Industry had other means to press Blu-Ray disks, which they thought they did, however Sony announced they would revoke any third party Blu-Ray publishers license if they pressed Adult Content.

I don't think this is a massive, blow, but we'll see.

XboxUnderground

Where do you people get this stuff? Vivid already has a hard release date for porn on Bluray on March 28th. In addition, Sony doesn't have the power to revoke any 3rd party bluray license as it is run by a consortium of companies, not just Sony. I can't believe people still believe that Bluray is a proprietary Sony format controlled by Sony alone.

Sony is the one who licenses the technology Vivid had to find their own way to replicate it in order to actually make the movies They are the ONLY company that has thus far used blu Ray and they'll prolly get their asses sued in to the ground by sony Digital Playground, on the other hand, had initially intended to back blu ray and only blu ray, but because Sony refused to let them they are now HDDVD exclusive

Again this is complete nonsense. Sony does not have exclusive licensing rights for Bluray. They do receive most of the royalties but the consortium itself controls the actually licensing and regulations. And no, Vivid is in zero danger of bing sued by Sony. Good Lord people.
