hey getset this is not for an argument but i have ninja gaiden and it has some weird load spots but none and i mean none took more than maybe 2 seconds. if u call that long load times i know you must go bonkers waiting for your games to load. it loads fatser than the old Xbox version which outside of initiall boot up was very fast. and the game is far from boring bro. this game is the truth when it comes to action adventure fighting games. save points are only a problem if you cant handle the challenge of the combat. i told this game intimidates people, it will hand you your ass on easy.
i agree with Chad, getset you should try and see the press conference it is pretty amazing. come on getset break down and go get one so we can really start talking about the games, and play online and what not. lol
E307 pretty much shut a lot of noise down. i didnt think they could make Killzone 2 really look that good, and uncharted is just sick. well it is official now that the PS3 is the next gen that they promised. they said those 2 games alone which were built from the ground up for the PS3 architecture could not be done on any other system. Halo3 better watch out. lol well i guess we wont have to hear as much from the Xbots but i know they wont give in that easily, but at least they have to finally show respect to what the PS3 can do. everything i havae been saying since i first came to this post page is now happening just like i said, whats up now getset you still think i was bugging about the PS3.
jack i honestly dont know if they have PAL PS3's in the main shops over here but you can try some import spots they may have a few in stock. where are you at ?
sworder thats a rumor, they are not putting the game on the disk twice. it has cache memory thats how it loads faster, 2 they didnt have to compress the coding and 3 it has a whole expansion pack on the disk too. And there are no games that are bad for the PS3 that are not bad for the 360. if it was bad on one it was bad on the other. come on guys these are pipedreams you are throwing at us, i know you can do better than that. a slight change in sharpness of graphics does not constitute a better game just a little prettier. they all play the same on both systems baring some framerate differences and that goes both ways, some run smoother on the 360 and some run smoother on the PS3. some look better on 360 some look better on the PS3. its all in how you optomize the game for each systems architecture, you know bottle necks and whatnot. i'd be willing to put money down that there are games for the PS3 that they couldnt do on the 360 and vice versa. its the architecture. so i will give the 360 its sharper textures but thats it. and that is not that noticable. and believe this the PS3 wasnt designed to push 1080p for nothing
bear the PS3 has games over 10GBs already. to answer your question about halo, it was the marquie title on the Xbox and they no that is the biggest game they have. it was great but i still dont understand all of the hype, i had just as much fun playing call of duty online. but they are waiting fro part 3 too come out because it has been a while since Halo 2. its the only franchise they have that they can throw at Sony. if we want to be technical then we can say the PS3 has the biggest game library of them all because it plays PS1 and PS2 games so if thats the case then Xbox loses again. so play how they play it. tit for tat MS loses.
Avtoc and slicksteve, i think we made our point anything after this is just for the arguments sake. no matter how much they want to hate they cant stop the reality of the whole situation. the PS3 is a true monster of technology and worth every penny i paid for it.
