@Barighm: Isn't Death's Gambit more of a central hub and go fight whatever bosses type of game? Boss rush?

@elviejomanti: Owlboy isn't a metroidvania. I did love Monster Sanctuary.

Came here to see the misclassification of games (MV's likely being the most misclassified). Fairly solid list. Some debatable ones (Dead Cells, Blasphemous) that I think are okay to include. But Iconoclasts is not an MV.

@godofheck42: Reading comprehension and research, man. Would really help your case. Bible was compiled, not written. I literally just said it was full of independent documents, gathered into an anthology. I mean, you still support Judaism, but don't even know about the Hebrew Bible (read: Old Testament books)? Jesus. ...not the person Jesus, the euphamism for a facepalm.

@godofheck42: You can say that about almost any person at the time. Even Pontius Pilate has barely any surviving record outside of the gospels. You think they have birth records or numerous contemporary biographies of some random kid born into poverty who was seen as just some crazy guy afterthought when he was killed? And since you seem to support Judaism, what about Abraham? Moses? etc? Just b/c they aren't worshipped to the level of Jesus, you won't question their historicity?

And do you understand how the Bible was constructed? The texts that were left out? Multiple independent sources mention Jesus, even if we do not count the alleged Q Document. But since they were gathered into an anthology 100s of years after they were written, that suddenly makes them fiction? And who cares if it is bias? How does biasness imply non-existence?

So to answer your question, the gospels and the apocrypha. But that likely isn't good enough for you. And you'll likely still cherrypick what you choose to discredit and what you won't. So it's pointless to even debate.

@ateddybearz: @godofheck42 as a history lover (and graduate) and history of religion student, this debate was an epic read/skim. Thanks guys. Of course, only one person actually didn't bring emotion into the matter. Which means, that person is actually probably "more correct". But you both made good points. But yeah, once you bring in emotions, cherrypicking, and "JeSuS iS a MyThOlOgIcAl ChArAcTeR" argument, it all kinda falls flat. Y'all now know which one I'm talking to now.

Bad targetting system and camera? Sounds like every FromSoft game. But we ignore those flaws for them, huh.

Either way, I'm still gonna play this. It's on Game Pass after all!

@xxmavr1kxx: According to the article, just re-load your save? I dunno, I'm on PC and close to the end. Gonna back up my save file, but the article makes it sound like you can just reload and it takes you to before you choose the ending (so no autosave after selecting an ending).
