@juberline: I'm surprised a new Legacy of Kain or Soul Reaver hasn't been done. Even a Remake would be pretty sweet. Feel like that's a game that could really be a hit if done right.

@DETfaninATL: I'd love for Dead Space 4 or even a reboot of sorts. Hell I'd even probably take a Remaster just to know the series has some life left.

@guudgidga: I don't know why Sony would even want to release their next console that early. PS4/Pro are still selling fairly well, they're recent exclusives have been getting good-great reviews and good sales, and they still have quite a few anticipated exclusives releasing this year and next.

Why rush the next console when they could wait a little for hardware to improve and/or get cheaper. One of the biggest complaints when PS4 and XboxOne launched was that the hardware wasn't exactly top of the line, hence the mid gen releases. Wouldn't want another situation like that.

Cool by me. Not in a rush for "next gen." We are still getting great games that look fanatastic (imo). This isn't like the end of last gen when ps3/xbox360 games were looking a little rough due to the dated hardware.

If I happen to get a little impatient I can always grab a nice 4Ktv and an XboxOneX to hold me over.

Hoping for a few surprise announcements and reveals during the Sony conference and throughout E3 in general. It's what I look forward to every year with E3. The games that we don't know are coming.

@playstationzone: has it been officially confirmed for E3 or just rumored/expected?

@frosty988: that's a good point. I'd argue it kills the cinematic quality of the game more than the immersion. It'd be like watching a movie where random facts about the movie pop up on the screen while you are watching (I'm sure this is an actually feature for some DVDs/blurays). It's cool to have that information available but maybe have an option to turn it off for people that want to keep the game and story flowing.

@ballashotcaller: ehh it goes both ways. There were plenty of Xbox fanboys complaining about the scores for State of Decay 2. Maybe one group is worse than the other, I don't pay attention enough to care or come to a conclusion on which fanbase has worse fanboys, but you are being oblivious if you don't think both sides have their share of obnoxious fan boys.

@PrpleTrtleBuBum: absolutely. I've never been a fan of real time strategy games or turn base RPGs. But I think these games in particular are for a certain audience. It's not going to appeal to the masses like other genres do.
