It's a sad day, when you experience nervous fear when you click on an article about a sequel to one of your most favourite games of all time (DA:O ofc, not that....other game).

I really, really hope that don't mess this up again, it's agonising just thinking about how bad DA2 was when compared to DA:O, and i really don't want another entry into this, once, magnificent series.Though, talking about things like 'cop-op' already have me extremely worried. And i'm even more worried, that DA will lose it's visual identity when using an engine like frostbite 2 to make the third instalment.

I'll say one thing for certain, this is not a day one purchase, hell, not even a two week purchase. I'll need to wait until people have dissected the crap out of it before even thinking about buying it.

P.S. I'm hope i don't come across too negative, and i really don't want to be, so i'll just say this: I want this game to be great, i really really really do, since i think DA:O deserves a credible sequel, and i really want to come back to Thedas in style.

@ccgod Perhaps they have colourful doors, to block your way into parts of the dungeon you've been to before?

@Landsharkk @Caldrin Yeah, this is a fact gamespot - for some unknown reason - doesn't say in this article. That being these numbers only include pre-purchases, so pre-orders and normal day 1 buyers have not been reported.

Since in some regions, the pre-purchase was a big more expensive, i can see why some people would opt for a normal re-order, or a standard retail purchase.

@wexorian @MrDouglas They have already said, they have a dedicated live team, that will continue to add events, update content regularly and so on.

@tightwad34 @glhx1rush you just have to boy the box (normal retail price for a game) and you get 100's+ hours of content without having to spend a penny afterwards.

Bargain if you ask me.

Personally, i find myself having much more freedom, when i have to personally take care of myself and not have some dude spamming heals on you.

@DarkSaber2k Thats perfectly fine view. Buying a game from following hype is a stupid thing to do, especially when you get all your information through gossip and heresay.

But i have done my research, i have tried the game, and i find it extremely fun.

To write off anyone who bought this game as following only hype, is a bit arrogant on your part, and extremely presumptuous.

Get ready for a shock: people can like different things than you, and your opinion is not 100% correct.
