Wow, you know nothing about boxing. I think there's a great possibility that Pacquaio will never lose again after that insane performance.......hillelslovakI know nothing about boxing? That's laughable. I've been watching the sport for damn near 20 years. My point is that an elite level fighter, which is what hatton is SUPPOSED TO BE, does not get obliderated by other elite level fighters. I'm not saying he had to beat the elite level fighters but he had to a t least prove he belonged in the same ring. He's fought 2 guys that are Elite level boxers and made him look like an amateur. That shouldn't happen. Mayweather killed him and this was a demolition. So you can tell me that when paired with the top tier fighters Hatton doesn't suck? That was my point. And it's not just these 2. He could fight Mosley, Cotto, Paul Williams, even Margarito w/out the concrete blocks in his gloves and it would be the same result. He may not suck in terms of theboxing as a whole, but once again, for being a SUPPOSED elite level boxer, he has no business being in the ring with the best - Period!Explain to me what "i don't know about boxing" based on my post Hatton wasn't getting destroyed by Mayweather, he wasn't doing enough to win a majortiy of the rounds, but he was keeping up, and he got caught, simple. And Pacquiao has been kiking everybody's ass for YEARS. Just because Hatton got destroyed by Pacquiao (like everyone else) doesn't make him a b-level fighter, it makes Pacquiao an amazing fighter. And Hatton has not faced bums. The junior WW division is not stacked like WW, but he beat every challenger in the division until tonight. I don't know how your only losses came to the #1 and #2 boxers in the world makes you suck............ ok sucks was the wrong word. But he obviously doesn't deserve to be in the ring with elite level boxers cause this is what happened. He won one round against mayweather and was slowly getting beaten down each round til he finally got knocked out. Then you have this fight. An elite level fighter is judged by how he performs against elite level competition. He's had 2 chances, and not only didn't he win either, he got destroyed. The biggest win of his career was against Kasta Tszyu. Does that really scream out elite fighter. I'm sorry but the guy is a second tier fighter. There's no other way to look at it. Mayweather, Pacquiao, Mosley, Cotto, Margarito and Williams (maybe a couple others) are first class junior welterweight and welterweight fighters. Ricky Hatton doesn't belong in that class.

I could have sworn just a couple weeks ago there was a post that showed an article stating the PS store is going to have FFVII, MGS, and Resident Evil available for download. If that's the case there is no reason to remake the game. If they were going to remake there would be no reason to release the original on PSN
Surprise, surprise. The best pound for pound fighter in the world is back. Is he risking his legacy by coming back? I think so, but who cares, just give us Paquiao vs. Mayweather and blip boxing, you can have it back.Master_LiveHis legacy? Who has the guy beaten. He beat an obviously over the hill Delahoya on a SPLIT DECISION. He beat Arturo Gatti at the end of his career, but even in his prime was never a great technical boxer. He was a showman who wanted to throw 100 punches a round and not have a lick of defense. He also beat Zab Judah, nuf said on that one. So that leaves Ricky Hatton, who i think is good but looking at his track record his only notable wins were against Kasta Tszyu and maybe (big maybe Jose Louis Castillo who mayweather also beat). So looking at that, mayweather has beat one legit fighter in their prime in his whole career. IMO he needed to comeback to have a legacy. Now if he can beat Manuel Marquez (who is no joke especially after 2 years off), then beat Pacquiao if he wins tonight, and then can beat either Mosley, Cotto or Paul Williams some time towards the end of next year, then he can retire undefeated and be thought of as one of the best ever. But until then he's just a guy who's got a lot of wins against no names and fighters well past their prime.
i don't know what this whole Joakim Noah is going to be great comes from. He doesn't have the skills to be great and he never will. But he could have aTyson Chandler kind of career. Now if that is considered "great" than i guess it is what it is. His game is IDENTICAL to Chandler's. A tall linky guy who runs the floor, can block shots, rebound andcatch ally oops and offensive rebound put backs. The guy will never have the type of game where you dump it down to him on the block and let him go to work, won't happen. When all the NBA draft analyst say your biggest attribute is YOUR ENERGY, that's saying a lot about your basketball skills, or lack their of. Back to the question Kevin Durant will be an All Star and maybe if Sacramento can make some moves Kevin Martin will get the respect he deserves cause he puts up numbers on everyone
i'm sort of the opposite on Infamous. I think the game will sell better than it scores. I predict a low AA score but wouldn't be shocked if it sold 1 mill copies
I'll add some of my own thoughts and comment on a few of yours
-Number 1 stunner to me is the Yanks pitching all around. I knew CC wouldn't be what expected cause he always fails in big games and every game in NY is a big game, but the rest of their rotation and their BULLPEN has been horrible. Didn't see that coming.
-Big Papi is done. Some people may say it's cause Manny left but i'm gonna go further. Ever since they started a stricter steroid policy his numbers have consistantly decreased. Sure he was injured some of the time but it can't just be a coincidence imo.
-The Orioles outfield is gonna be good, but you can't mention Felix Pie. He is horrible (i live in bmore). He will be in the minors by the all star break. They just brought up a kid from Triple A who is now splitting time w/ Pie. He had his chance but he sucks. If you can't hit in Wrigley (where Pie was) you can't hit at that level
-Zach Grienke is good, but i don't care what SI says, there is no way he's the best pitcher in baseball, he's just off to the best start.
-Matt Holiday's true talent is being shown. Get out of Coors and you become a notch lower than you were (Vinny Castilla anyone).
-I know there pitching isn't any good, but i can't understand why the Nats are as bad as they are. There lineup is one of the better ones in the NL. Once again i live in the area so i see a lot of their games and they can hit.
-Finally, my bold prediction for the year. I'm going to say it now at the end of April. As long as he stays healthy Albert Pujols WILLget the Triple Crown

I don't think failure is the correct word for this argument.
I think the better phrase would be "nowhere near as successful as expected"GabeNewellsPie
Its the same thing,no?
No. Let me come up w/ an analogy. Lets say you bought stocks for $1,000 in some company because you had information that said you would make a million dollars. But the information was incorrect and you only made half of that. You are dissapointed cause you didn't make what you were expecting, but at the end of the day you made more than you put in. Lol. sorry it's the best i could do. Not that good at analogies. It will make sony money just not as much as they hoped. I guess you and i just have different opinions on what the definition of failure is. But we can both agree that it's numbers are lower than expected, profit or not. Now if that is your definition of failure than i guess it is what it is.[QUOTE="sixringz1"] i just think that anything you make a profit on is a success. And ultimately Sony will make a significant profit on the system. SpruceCabooseWe will see. Its not guaranteed. no you're right. I'm simply projecting. only time will tell.
