Suns. lmao.

About the Suns, why is that so bad, their starting line-up is full of HoFers

Filled with hall of famers? I see 2, both of which are past their prime. And Stoudamire has a looooooonng way to go to be a hall of famer.

The guy NETYANKEAGLE orsomething like that said2 years ago on THIS FORUM said that shelly duncan would be the next David Ortiz. He even started a thread with the title "shelly duncan is the next david ortiz" I forgot who it was at first but then i remembered i could see all my posting history and i found it. That was hilarious. There's probably people on here that have never even heard of Duncan. I blasted him when he said it, and i'm still in shock 2 years later

i know it's only a couple weeks into the season but i'd be concerned if i was a yankee fan. Luckily for them the other normal contenders have got off to a slow start too in the division. But their pitching is a mess and i'm honestly not shocked. Anybody who follows baseball knows that C.C. Sabathia never performs on the big stage, and pitching for the yanks might as well be a playoff game everytime you're on the mound. Now you have wang w/ a 34.50 era. You let Mussina walk w/out even trying to get him back. Burnett is good and has a good track record against the AL East, but you can pretty much book it that he will go on the DL sometime this year cause that's what he does. That leave jaba and pettite. And their offense isn't good enough anymoreto make up for bad pitching. I don't care about the yanks one way or the other, but this "could" have the makings of more than just a "bad stretch of games". we'll see

i'm not sure how the dreamcast made this list let alone why, as of now, there are three people who voted for it. Especially when the Saturn is right there underneath as an option. Nobody who knows the history of this industry can honestly believe the dreamcast was a bigger failure than all those other choices.

i wouldn't get too excited about this. Metal Gear Solid has been out in Japan on PSN now for a while and there is no sign of it coming here. So i wouldn't hold my breath on this one either. In fact, take a look at the wiki page of ps1 games available for psn in japan and in north america. it's night and day. Japan has like 20x the game library that we do. I don't know why but it sucks

Ok sixringz to be fair I took a quick glance at the Wade Kobe , Lebron MVP thread.

Again, mis-quotes, putting words in my mouth, suggesting that position or system doesn't make a difference in stats, not answering direct and fair questions,..etc.I even told him I wasn't endorsing Kobe for MVP and he kept responding as if I did...Nah, that dude may have been "giving it to sombody" but it wasn't me. I think it was Wade:P;)

When I finally asked him my "set up" question, that is,if he thought the criteria for MVP should be consistent from year to year (most fair people would have to say yes), he went away for awhile instead of answering the question. Because that would mean his guy should be even lower on the MVP list. And he called me lame?? I respect those who answer direct questions, even if we disagree.

Well i guess you can add talking basketball to the list of things i can't do on this site cause i got modded again w/ no explanation. I've reread my last couple posts to you and i don't see me attacking you or anyone else. So we'll see if i can make it through the playoffs w/ out getting kicked off this site for making a post. I guess educated harmless banter between 2 people is frowned upon.

I knew you've been out of college awhile, I remember you from my first go round on gamespot, awhie back. You mentioned you were a college grad. Anyway, my post wasn't that hard to understand, The Lakers have a certain win % without Bynum, projected on to the remaining games + the added toughness gets them close to 70 games. Not absurd at all.

By the way, yes I'm a Kobe fan(among others), but a "biased" fan I'm not. How do you come to that conclusion? As far as a season long forum, yes, that was my intent. Wasn't sure if it could go the whole season but because it hasn't been done before doesn't make it or me"whatever you were trying to suggest"...

I'm not the wide eyed, blind, biased Kobe lover you may think I am. I have no Kobe posters, shoes...etc. I did buy the "81" jersey because I think it was a great accomlishment. But thats it. I even thought of giving it away to a younger dude who really likes Kobe, just haven't seen him.I believ my post have been fair and logical and I haven't shyed away from any questiions or challenges to my position.

BTW, you wanna start that playoff forum, or shall I?

oh i don't know if you're a bias fan i'm just messin w/ you cause you post more on kobe than anyone else. I did get a kick out you and the other guy going at it earlier on the wade and kobe MVP debate. I thought he was giving it to you (lol) but it wasn't my place to jump in on that so i checked it out from a distance. You can start the playoff forum cause your boys, homecourt or not, are the favorites to win it all this year (at least in my book). So it would only be fitting that you prolong this madness for another couple months.
