The simple solution is to just not buy new games when you still have some that you need to play. Which I understand is definitely harder said than done with Steam sales.. I mean I just bought Portal 2, Fall Out 3 GOTY, and Terraria within a week.

I have a PC and a Wii so that should answer your question.

Look what happened with Guitar Hero.. if they keep pumping out these games year after year they are going to lose popularity.

It lasts a good 4 hours for me and longer for regular DS games, although less than the DS lite/DSi but it doesn't really bother me since I only ever had the original DS. Anyway, I have never had a problem with the battery life before.. the only occasion where I can see it beeing a problem would be on a long flight. Otherwise I am always around an electrical outlet and a car charger costs like $10.

Don't worry there isn't anything wrong with your eyes. I think the screen just confuses your brain a little bit and after you're done playing it still tries to interpret things the same way it does for the screen, leading you to seeing things in 3D. It will stop eventually.

This isn't bad news at all, it's Nintendo refocusing on how to advertise the 3DS. They put so much effort into showing off the 3D effect that people think that's the only thing the system does. Seeing as how that didnt work, they are now shifting focus on to other features of the system, and I doubt that any game not incoporating the systems other functionality will be 3Dless. Plus any game that heavily focuses on the 3DS' motion capabilities and AR capabilities would be pretty hard to play in 3D.

IF anything this will turn out to be good for the 3DS since it will finally show people that it's a new system with new capabilities and not just a 3D DS.

Why do people do anything differently than you? You are clearly the superior human being and I think it's probably in humanity's best interest to strive to be exactly like you.

I agree with this. Just look at some Zelda fans. They got exactly what they asked for with TP and yet it is widley hated. (Despite the fact that it is a great game.)

TP is a horribly paced game, I'd think more of the hate came from that. The first few hours are just mind numbingly bad.

I'm fairly sure most of the hate was due to it being so similar to OoT... Which is exactly what fans asked for.

Full scale digital distribution is a long way off. Current internet speeds just aren't fast enough and add to that that many many people don't have access to high speed internet. Services like iTunes have existed for a very long time now and music files aren't even close to the size of even a small game, and we still have CDs in stores. You can talk as much as you want about how digital distribution is going to take over physical media but it's not going to happen for a long long time.
