Hey, guys sorry for the lack of a blog yesterday,but I was to busy playing Red Dead and I was out all afternoon. So needless to say I was tired when I got home and wasn't up for making a blog. I'm now about 15 hours into Red Dead and I'm almost done with the game now, (from what I can tell i'm doing the last couple of missions now). Lastly before I start the blog tonight I want to thanks everyone who commented on my last blog! Hey,guys! Mike here today to give you my first impressions of Red Dead Redemption. Please keep in mind that I am only 4 hours of playtime into the game and have not completed much of the story. These are just impressions and not a full review. :)

Not that thats out of the way. :P Here are my Impressions. :D

Impressions: Red Dead Redemption.

First off I want to say. Yes This game does really looks this good. The game is full of wildlife and small graphical details that just sell the whole experience for you and make you feel immersed in the world. This is by far Rockstar's finest game in terms of graphics. The gameplay is ripped straight from GTA IV except it has been improved and tweaked. To a certain extent this makes the gameplay better than that in GTA IV,but the Horse controls do take some time to get used to. I won't spend the whole blog comparing this game to GTA IV, because that would be unfair. I have played the game for 4 solid hours and I have to say I've enjoyed every minute. Some of the most fun I have had is just exploring the environment and doing a little hunting. After I completed a mission I got distracted for an hour hunting some deer. This is what makes the game unique. You can be playing through a mission and once its done there is always something else for you to do. There is just no end to the amount of things you can do in the Wild West. Overall this game has it all: Depth, Amazing Graphics, Solid Gameplay, Good controls, and fun side missions. I haven't even given a thought to putting another game in my 360! :o I have loved every minute and I plan on spending all summer enjoying the Western Epic.

My Score- 9.7-10.0.

Well guys the countdown is over for me. Yes the most anticipated game of the year is here and I picked it up yesterday! I'll post a pic of my copy in a day or so,but here is what the cover looks like.

Oh yeah! I was surprised when I walked into Gamestop and the guy handed me a Limited Edition Copy of the game! I thought I was getting the regular,but hey I'm not going to complain. :P Here is what the Limited Edition came with.

#1- 6 Exclusive Co-op Multiplayer missions. (Extending gameplay up to 5 hours!)

#2- The Deadly Assassin Outfit

#3- The Original Game Soundtrack

Some pretty nice bonuses there I think!

So last night I sat down with Mountain Dew Voltage and A Snickers bar and got started. I only got about an hour through the game,but so far I'm loving it! I will do a more in depth impression once I get about 10 hours in,but until then, just know that this game is totally worth the $60 bucks I paid for it, and I haven't even jumped into the multiplayer side. :D

The Next Game I Will Buy:

Well with New Vegas coming this Fall, i thought it was time I jumped back into the world of Fallout 3 again. Well I was sad to remember that I traded it in quite a while ago to get Bioshock. :( So this has led me to try and get this game next.

Great thing is that it comes with all the DLC to, so with this game and Red Dead I'll be busy all Summer playing these games. :D It is about $45.00 though so I may have to wait a few weeks. :(

My Most Anticipated Games of E3 2010:

Well I thought about doing a top 10 most anticipated games list, but that would be to long I think. :? So here are my Top 5 in order of most anticipated. :)

#5- Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 2 (Xbox 360, PS3)

More Star Wars please? :D

#4- Gears of War 3 (Xbox 360)

Its already being dubbed the Best looking game ever since it will utilize the Unreal 4 Engine, It will have a better story, 4 player Co-Op, and improved multiplayer. Now give me some gameplay Cliffy B. :x

#3- Call of Duty: Black OPS (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)

Any new COD will get my interest,but the fact that they will be re-adding dedicated servers for the multiplayer is just music to my ears! Now lets see more than a 2 minute trailer. :D

#2- Crysis 2 (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)

PC "only" gamers will cry foul,but for me this is amazing and I can't wait to see more from this game at this year's E3!! :D

#1- Fallout: New Vegas (Xbox 360, PS3, PC)

What? You saw that one coming a mile away you say? :P Well sure you did, Fallout 3 was my favorite game ever and New Vegas is looking to be another one of my favorites already! Lets hope for lots of gameplay during E3. :D

A Trip To Blockbuster:

So last night me and my mom walked into our local blockbuster looking to rent the movie Daybreakers. Well we ended up buying it and I got some new movies myself. Here are the ones I got and all for the low price of $20 bucks. :D

Its got Downey Jr. in it, so it has to be good. :P Right?

Jason Statham is the man and I have loved all his movies!

This movie just looks F***ing hilarious!

I always wanted to see this,but I've never gotten around to it. Now I can. :P

A New Name:

Well I just noticed this morning that I have leveled up again to level 28 (Bionic Commando)! Woot. Level 30 here I come. :P Yeah thats pretty much it for this section. :|

#10- Winning My First Multiplayer Game of James Bond: Agent Under Fire.

After several weeks of practice I finally won against my friend! Thanks you no scoping sniper rifles and P90's :D

#9-Hitting a Walk Off Home Run Against My Dad in MVP Baseball 2005.

Going Going gone! Yankees Win! I'll never forget that game where I beat my dad by hitting a walk off home run! Such a fun moment in my gaming life. :)

#8- Playing My First FPS.

God it looks awful. :lol: This was the first FPS I ever played and it played a vital role in my gaming life! I wouldn't even play FPS games if it wasn't for this game!

#7- Getting a 20 Kill Streak No-Scoping in James Bond Nightfire.

Oh Yes! My best friend from my favorite multiplayer game. The tactical Sniper was excellent for No-Scoping and I got hot in one match and ended up with a 20 kill streak using nothing,but the sniper and no-scoping! Definately a amazing moment!

#6- Playing The All Ghillied Up Mission in COD 4.

Put simply This mission blew me away the first time I played the game. Its one of the greatest missions in all of gaming ever.

#5- Playing Through Doom!

This is one of the best FPS games of all time and I was just amazed the first time I played it. This grew my love of FPS gaming. :D

#4- Nuking My Enemies.

Thats not my screen,but I will never forget my Nuke! It was an amazing moment that I will never forget :D

#3- My 100 Kill Streak in James Bond: Nightfire.

How many times have you ever been able to say that you've gotten 100 kills without a single death?? I can say that its only happened once to me and its simply incredible. The fact that I was playing with friends made it all better! :D

#2- Playing My First Game. (With My Dad)

Pac-Man was my first game ever. I played it on a 80's arcade system and I have my dad to thank for that! It was an amazing experience for me and it led me to my love of gaming!

#1- Wandering the Wasteland.

As you all know Fallout 3 is my favorite game of All Time! The world I explored in Fallout 3 was twisted, sick, beautiful, and utterly engrossing! There are so many secrets and it just never gets old! This is my top gaming moment ever and just might always be. :)

Hey, guys Mike here! Got some gaming news for you today! First off Only 4 days till Red Dead Releases here in the States and I'm so freaking pumped! I just watched the launch trailer and it looks amazing! Ok now onto some news.....

One Hell of a Deal:

Ok first up we have one of the biggest gaming deals for anyone with a PC!! I read last night that you can get this game for free.

Valve is allowing anybody with a Steam account to download this game completely free!! The deal is valid until May 24th. So Go to your Steam accounts right now and buy it! I never had an interest in it,but for free I play the **** out of it. :lol:

A New Map Pack:

Now on to the Map Pack News!

I just read on Gameinformer.com that there will be another Map Pack for MW2 to be released on June 4th. No details have been released or a price announced yet. It will be released only for the 360 at first,but will be released for the PS3 and PC shortly after. I think I speak for everyone when I say "Price it at $10 bucks dammit"!!

A Budget Game That Looks Good?:

Could it be?? Yes a game that cost only $30 bucks that looks pretty good! This game is....

While this game won't appeal to everyone, it will appeal to fans of Sherlock Holmes. This game only costs $30 bucks and has gotten great reviews so far! The graphics don't look amazing,but they look good and the gameplay is of the point and click/ Adventure variety. I have always been interested in the Jack the Ripper cases and from what I have heard it accruately describes and outlines the cases in sometimes gruesome details. Overall its looks like a great game and very surprising for a budget game!

Hey, guys its Mike. Well first off only 6 days till Red dead comes out here in the US :D I can't wait now, I've been catching up on some of the trailers and preview vids that have been showing, and I just keep getting pumped up for it!! :D Anyway on to what the title of the blog is about, and that is..... Last night I played the Demo for UFC Undisputed 2010 and I thought I would give my impressions of it. :) Do lets get going with what I thought of it.

Gaming Impressions: UFC Undisputed 2010.

Well first off the game looks great even in its "Demo Stage", Character Models are extremely impressive (especially the tats on each fighter), and When your fighter gets cut in the face or on the body he will realistically bleed all over the place. Overall its a good looking game with fantastic character models. In the demo you get to play as 5 different fighters, although my favorite (Forrest Griffin) was not in the demo,but I still got to play as Quentin "Rampage" Jackson and "Sugar" Ray Lenord who are both amazing fighters. I did notice that each of the five fighters have their own unique fighting styl*which was awesome to see in the game. Another cool part of the demo is that in between rounds the coaches will actually sit there and give you advice, whether your doing bad or good they will give you advice on how to approach the next round. I'm a huge fan of UFC and I have to say while this game is not on my first day buy list,its going to be a great game with tons of replay value. So overall the demo was great and I loved everything about it, despite a few little graphical missteps (the crowds look like robots) and a bug or two,but they should get ironed out before release day.

My Score: 8.7/10.0.

Hey,guys its Mike. I'm in a great mood tonight because I took a trip to my local Gamestop earlier this afternoon. My trip started out with me trading in the following games: Borderlands, Halo 3 ODST., Call of Duty 4 GOTY Edition, and Assassin's Creed 2 (unfortunately I didn't finish it :( ). I got $65 bucks for those games so I decided to get these!

OH YEAH! Paid in full and ready to pick up on May 18th. :D:D:D:D I didn't think I would have enough money for it,but after a promotion where I got $40 bucks for just Borderlands and Halo 3 ODST. I was able to pre-order it and pay the whole $62 bucks for it. :D God Damn I'm excited for it. :D (Sorry for the GD) :P

Oh and I got this one to :D

I never finished it the first time and it was only $16 bucks! The temptation was to much for me. :lol: Between the campaign and the multiplayer it should keep me occupied until Red Dead comes out! :D If anyone has it and want to play online just comment. If your not my friend on Xbox Live fell free to leave your GT and I'll add you. :D
