@girlusocrazy: They've done plenty of mid-budget games, while playable I can't say any of them have been massive financial successes.
TMNT, Transformers, Legend of Korra.
Not one of them set the world on fire for their publishers nor with gamers, they're all playable, quality games with issues, but when you mention platinum, how many mention these games as some of their favorites?
@gleencross: Capcom could bury it and we'd never get a re-lease, remaster or port. So I forgave them years ago for Clover and also without Clover closing there would be no Platinum Games, so which possibility is worse when you think about it? (I think they did alright, Capcom's loss more than anything)
The thing that shocked me the most when I played it, and thought the game was done blew me away that I was only half way through and still have another 20-25 hours to keep playing.
That tells me that Clover knew that while it could be two games, they also knew they might not have another chance to make a sequel so they just threw both stories together into one game.
THAT to me is one of the many great reasons why it's a masterpiece, it has it's faults, but many of those aren't important in the overall view of the whole of the game.
Because everyone just LOVED Breach mode.....oh wait they didn't did they?
Either finish off the current trilogy or remake DX1 with current gfx with no changes to the gameplay, that's truly what I want (and I suspect what many others would like as well).
"PlayStation Now play PS3 & PS4 games....internet connection"
"Microsoft, on the other hand, allows hundreds of past games available to play for no extra cost on Xbox One"
Except you need the same internet connection just like PS Now to download the games on XB-O since you can't play them off disc....how's this point you are making even a thing Gamespot?
