I am just about ready to build my system. I will post pic of the build as i go. But I wanted to get some last minute things. things I may need buy have forgotten.

20 'network cable (its a long run!)

sound card (but I mainly game on headphones ($200 sennheiser better than any speakers!) Tryem.

Antistatic wristband

I almost forgot to buy a damn surge protector. These are the things I am talking about.

Someone mentioned getting a small flash like drive for MOBO bios updates(really needed?)What else should I have? What have I forgot? Should I really get a second HD for the OS? Anything you guys can think of that I might have forgotten?

Rack your brains, what else should I add to this, My dream rig!

Ok there are like 3 different evga 8800gt out there. The only difference seems to be to core clocks. How much real world (FPS) difference will these 50mhz increases make in gaming?

The BGF goes to 675 and the Gigabit go to 700. I like evgas warrenty, but whats the real difference here and does it justify cost?

Crazy server mobo that's for sure.

But say if you have two Xeon X5460 CPUs in there, and say two CF HD870s X2s (I assume the board still supports CF) or two SLI 8800 Ultras in there...

I'm thinking you could conquer Crysis at everything set at very high without any issues. :D

Want a future proof cpu, on the fence about these.

Only figured Quad to get some more future life out of it. But I have seen performace is about the same. I should add that I do not plan to overclock right away as I am new to it. but I may slightly push the cpu in the future.
