The PS4 doesn’t play PS3 games, you knew this before you’re purchased it. BC is a very small market only wanted by a very few people. So Sony hasn’t wasted their money doing something which only a very very small amount want. Sony like most know you can't please all the people all the time, so they aimed to please the majority, not a small minority. But they do offer a system where if you're deadest on playing old gen games on your new gen machine you can. If you own PS3 games, I'd guess you own a PS3, so why aren’t you playing then on there???:

Like the Xbox One X, not many people want BC, M$ is only did it in their desperate attempt to stop the flood of users leaving. So Sony haven’t wasted any money sorting out BC, but for those few who do want to play old games, there’s a service you can do that.

@sealionact: All m$ care about is profit above everything else. Sony look to improve and innovate products which they sell to us at a profit, so they can do same with different products..... There's a huge difference.

Pretty sure the whole Xbox division as a whole is still lossing money. Even after 10 years of being the "best" snigger snigger. Just think how much more in the red they'd be if they handt passsed on all the R&D cost for the kiinect to the fools who purchased thoe OG Xbox one!!!
Still this probably last console for M$ as they only really want Xbobx to use as OS for PC. Just want to trap as many users. Moenys all they're intrested in. Nothing more.

Yes exclusive deals happen all the time, but Philly Boy went out of his way to say he doesnli like them etc. Then months later this becomes Exclusive. M$ have a long history of spin and bull. Like the integral kinnect they force on all early adopters of Xbox, these things have happened. It happens time and again. VR is the war forward. It's been promissed for over 20 years and finaly a playable version is here. Good to see Sony at the forefront pushing whats possible.
