Yeah tell him to get a premium, then if he ever wants to step up his gaming (which if he sees how much you can do with yours, he may want to) then it'll be a lot easier and cheaper in the long runScarface_tm431Yeah well I have an Elite.. which I know he does not need.. I know its far superior, but he doesn't even have internet and I'd have to put a gun to his head to get him to buy an HDTV with HDMI

lol
only convince your enemies to buy core systems, then laugh in their face and tell them to pull your finger
Look.. money is tight with him, and he isnt' taking advantage of all the 360 internet features. All he has is a PS2, so he's in dire need of an update.Friends don't let friends waste money on Core Systems :|Scarface_tm431Yeah but here's the thing: He doesn't have any internet, he doesn't care about downloading demos, and mostly all he plays are sports games and Gears of War. I agree that the Core is by far the worst one available, but for a casual sports gamer, I think its good for him. Also he doesn't have an HDTV
Who the f**k voted for the last option?? PS3 trolls??Mr_BurpsNot EVERYONE is on the Halo crazy train. My friend who I am 1 step away from convincing to buy a 360 I know would not give 2 craps about getting Halo 3. He's more into all the great sports games that come out for it, although I did get him to enjoy Gears of War (and he helped me get a few of the lingering Co-op achievements. ;) )
Just gonna go in hoping they have it, and if they do I will buy it.SpykezillaI remember I pre-ordered Halo 2 on Amazon, but my order got f-ed up with all the delays they had, so after I came to teh conclusion that my order was basically null & void I walked into my local GS and they still had a s-load of them on the wall, and I picked one up and embarked on the single player quest (I never go into a MP game without at least knowing how the weapons are supposed to work)
