@highlanderjimd @the_real_VIP @EPaul Windows 8 is perfect for a desktop os, there are only two things that need to be patched into it:
1. Disable Metro for good
2. Start menu
Both of which are offered by third party software or internal tweaks.

@ejay_kain Well, it's $10 on PS Store and $20+ for the PS1 disc version so yeah. Not all that surprising though, I mean look at Diablo 2 = 15 EUR (20 USD at the right exchange rate) and it's been out for 13 years now... Certain games just won't sink below certain price point no matter their age.

How difficult can it really be? The lore behind Warcraft is HUGE, take a bit that will be interesting to watch in a movie format and go for it. If it gets good feedback, go on making prequels and sequels, putting the most important bits of the story together.

The only thing needed is to stick to the story that's already out there and not try to adjust it. The main audience a.k.a. source of income are going to be Warcraft fans, who're not going to enjoy great alterations...

What I think would make a good WC debut movie would be story around WC3 Human race = Arthas' story. Human medieval-ish setting, war against the undead, some fancy CGI and you got it.

To be hones though, I'd prefer the movie to be done purely in CGI by Blizzard. A WC movie in their cinematics' fashion, that's what a lot of the fans have been wanting.

"Prince of Persia: The Shadow and Flame is set a decade after the original Prince of Persia game, which was released back in 1993." What the hell? The original Prince of Persia is 1989. Original Shadow and the Flame a.k.a. PoP 2 is 1993.
I have played the games about 18 years ago but according to Wiki, S&F is set 11 days, not a decade after the events of the first one, which sounds true enough to me. Since this thing shares the name with the 1993 version and the trailer even implies it, it's probably gonna be a remake, not a reboot or a follow-up set a decade after. Get your facts together, GameSpot!

What's with all the complaining? As far as I know, Xbox Live Gold didn't get shit apart from multiplayer access until recently and almost nobody complained. Now that MS is slowly starting to wake up and give you some free, maybe not new and maybe not expensive, but free stuff, everyone starts bitching that they want more...

I am really curious as to why exactly was a certain woman from like over thousand miles away viewing a profile of an 18-year old. And even more so, why would she go out of her way to Google his address and search for local schools. That's insane.

I mean, imagine next-gen (or next-next or whatever) smartphones having a performance comparable to the same-gen consoles and a kick-ass game library. Combined with the fact that it would be more convenient, hand-held gaming would dominate the market.

This is only going to be good if it's going to have hardware that matches a mid-spec PC (2-4 GB RAM, quad core CPU, good GPU...). That would enable Android developers to take developing the games more seriously, using higher quality meshes and textures, which would in turn force Android smartphone & tablet manufacturers to pack even higher performance into their devices = technology advancement = GOOD.

@minfreah5005 @zaxrider Yeah, Steam sales save the PC digital market (alongside CD-key stores) but as far as I know, and correct me if I'm wrong, there are very few, if any sales on PS Store or XBL.

Also, this pretty much sums up digital vs retail right now for PC:
Bioshock Infinite = 50 EUR on Steam
Bioshock Infinite = 27 EUR in the local store
