Haven't played it in over 5 years and not planning to return but just out of curiosity, is it still like so that if you want the full experience, you need to have a paid membership?
I'm quite positive that by registering to Steam you agree to not being able to trade-in and whatnot. I very much doubt such rather important point would be omitted from the terms of service.
Making people able to trade-in would severely affect the sales and we probably wouldn't see anything more than -25% for a long time.
As for doing it so that someone wouldn't have 200 games in his library - use Categories. Make one for the games you play and collapse the other one = Library clean-looking.
My main problem with modern day setting is that it would essentially turn into a shooter. I mean, why run around with hidden blades and shit if you can get a silenced gun?
Since the novels cover the past in a way, the only valid direction for Max Payne I can see would be the future, which should conclude the franchise. Don't get me wrong, I love the franchise, but I'd hate to see it getting milked by unnecessary prequels and reboots and whatnot..

I'd like to complain about the false advertising in your training program I recently purchased. It said on the cover - "Ideal for athletes". I am a pro-athlete with 2200 hours of playtime, Platinum ELO 2 seasons in a row, and I have to say that the plan is far from ideal for me. Running 5 miles in the morning? That is not for athletes, those are some super-human demands. I'd like to receive a refund or else I may take this case to court.
