you probably should of titled your post "why are scientists all men",
but Dr. Susan Greenfield and Madam Curie spring to mind.
I think the deal is that women tend to excell in English & Writing while men tend to excell in Math & Science. trodeback
That is statistically true. But to the TC depends what you mean by smarter. Women are by FAR better manipulator's then men. I could add more but I'll stop thier , lol.

Wow, what an informative and intelligent claim backed up by several compelling points. :|
Geez, that time of month already?
We're smarter than each other in different areas, and it depends on your idea of what's smart, like which aspects of thinking are better than others. For example men are more likely to turn to violence while women are usually subject to be overly compassionate to the tiniest things...Like talking to housecats when they don't understand you...camreeno360OMG, I suspect you have had a bad female experience. Me too. :(
I see many "facts" in this thread, particularly by women I assume, but no links or proof for those "facts." More women in med school than men? Nurses don't count. I think it was proven that men are generally smarter than women. I heard that from my Biology professor so I can't provide proof over the Internet.MotherSuperior

I mean calling inanimate object cute is just beyond...ugghh, you just kind of cringe hearing it after a while.

Anyway, I didn't mean to offend, I just found your OP kind of... slim. I'm putting this behind me now, regardless. :P
It's still possible to have PMS or even a light period if you're pregnant. EDIT: Not that I'm implying you have PMS or anything. *backs away slowly*MotherSuperior

I said my Biology professor stated that. If you want to travel to my college that I attend, I would be more than willing to introduce you to him. It's not like I pulled that out of my ass, the people in this thread did. That's my point.Actually, I believe it is vice-versa on average. That is why populations at most major universities leans towards the female side.
Men get the brawn and the women get the brains.
foxhound_fox
The only reason a higher amount of women are getting into universities, is because of special treatment. All the equal rights crap and women's rights groups have literally forced hundreds of women into positions men better deserve. Yeah, i said it.
Men are better at some things than women. Unfortuanatly, we live in a world where Woman are arrogant enough to think otherwise, and some men are becoming ignorant enough to believe them. God bless our modern world.

med-school isn't where nurses go to study. and here, you want links, have some:

I also have a friend in med school who was the one who informed me her classes were mainly filled with women. she said at her school, about two thirds of the class were women.
also, it makes me laugh that men claim that they are smarter, when they have kept women from pursuing knowledge for thousands of years, and only in the past century we have seen women finally have the right to pursue knowledge at an equal level to men. and in that past century, we have seen women catch up incredibly. here's a link with to prove this:
http://education-portal.com/articles/Leaving_Men_Behind:_Women_Go_to_College_in_Ever-Greater_Numbers.html
note this paragraph:
Research has shown that women get better grades, study harder, party less and take advantage of more opportunities than men. Many male college students report being less concerned about good grades and more uncertain abut future career plans than their female peers.

Guys listen to this one... You might actually learn something (your probably all to narrow-minded though based on your previous posts).
