They made a few optimization to the GK110 chip Titan is based on and slightly increased core clock to 900Mhz. I don´t like anandtech benchmark because it doesn´t show the lowest fps.
But if you check Tomshardware review. for example, it´s notciable that the red line dominates the black line.

The red doesn't dominate... It's pretty much the same.
What are you talking about, it's mostly due to clocks being a bit higher.
GTX780 has a better Frame Time Variance though.
You may clearly see how Fame Time Variance in translated into the Lowest FPS in the Crysis 3 benchmark.
You may clearly see, how the black line touches 25 fps while the red line never goes down so low.
Besides you must take into account that Anodyn and Tom´s Hardware bechmarks are for 1440p resolutions, not 1600p as in the case of Gamespot´s.
