Hello once again. Darro here bringing you a special backlog vblog in which I have chosen 12 games I have set out for myself to try and complete over the summer period and they are on a variety of different consoles and not just the one or two now. They range from first person shooters to RPGs to action/adventure so there is also a variety of genres.
Some of these games I have progresed in and some I have barely started at all but if you want to find out what the games are I have chosen then tune in and enjoy!
Also I state at the end that I would like you the audience to leave a comment stating which game you would like me to start with and whatever game gets the most votes by say Saturday, I am going to start with and play from next week.

Well, I summarise the ebay escapade I endured last week with a certain user, which has been taken care with, the Donkey Kong Country trilogy and what I plan to do with them and of course, games bought, played and questions answered.

Guitarmageddon will occur!
Hello once again. Over a week ago or maybe more, I stated in a blog that I was on a quest to 5-star every song on the main setlist in the Hard difficulty and back then, I had 10 songs to go in order to obtain it. Well, here is a more detailed update of my progress with this quest unlike what I was giving in my video blogs and that.
As you can see from the blog title, I have 5-starred 4 of them thus far and they are the following: Who Was In My Room Last Night?, Crazy on You, Hangar 18 and Freebird. This means I am left with Woman, The Trooper, Psychobilly Freakout, YYZ, Carry Me Home and Instituitionalised. I have 4-starred all of them now so it is a matter of playing somewhat better than I am at the moment to obtain that 5-star on them and there is a couple here I know I can 5-star if I manage not to screw up at certain points (YYZ, Instituitionalised) and one that is going to get on my last nerve and it ain't Carry Me Home nor is it Psychobilly Freakout but Woman.
To be honest, I think Woman in this game was put in the wrong place and should have been in the 4th or 5th tier of songs at best (maybe 3rd) because some of the songs from the 3rd tier onwards are a lot easier to play than it and its just annoying as hell trying to do that blasted hammer on bit during the verse and this song is hammer-on and pull-off town at certain points in the song. I have a feeling this could very well be the last song I will have to do in order to achieve Total Guitarmageddon.
Anyway, that is my GHII Quest update and will let you know more soon. Take care and ROCK ON!!
As you can see from my happy but slightly creepy face, I have in my possession once again all 3 Donkey Kong Country games. I used to have them around this time 10 years ago until I lost the first one I think and lent the 3rd one out to a ex-friend, which I never got back and only had the 2nd one, which people think is the best and hardest one since then. In fact I have 2 copies of that, one of my own and one of my cousin's.
Personally though, Donkey Kong Country 3 is my favourite due to the fact it is the only one I fully completed (103%) and that is with all the DK coins, all bonus coins, all banana birds and all the levels done including the Krematoa island and getting the true ending. The only way I completed the 2nd one by beating the actual final boss is by using the little cheat/tip that was shown in Darro's Delights episode 5 if you want to check it out. Never got all the DK coins in the 2nd one hence cannot say I accomplished 100%.
So, since I got Donkey Kong Country 3 at the end of the day, it is back on as the game being featured for this week's Darro's Delights so look forward to that sometime tomorrow. Will be playing some of it today and be happy since this series is one of my favourite series of games ever and sure they are not perfect, but you could do a lot worse.

Hello, once again. As you seen from my past few blogs, I talked to you about this sort of battle I been having with this ebay user over a game I received from him last weekend. He claimed that he didn't own the game yet he couldn't have sent it and I claimed it was him since it was his name and address and who else could have sent it.
Well, I am happy to say, but I have won the battle since he wanted me to confirm what kind of sticker was on the back of the game and I told him what it was (a small white squareish one with 6.99 written in pen). He then sent me this email:
"it wasnt bought used!! thats a sticker i put on so i know how much to put it on ebay for. I really apologise as it seems i have been mistaken. I really dont remember having that game, and i cannot find the dk3. if you agree we will both remove the negative feedback and ill refund you."
So after all this hassle, after getting the game back, he finally admits that he was wrong and that he will withdraw the feedback he gave him if I do the same, which I just did. So, I will be getting the refund I deserved back after this hopefully and can put this in the past.
Just letting you know about this and how happy I am that I was right all along. In other news, I have pre-ordered Forza 2 and will be getting it this Friday and just hopefully its as good as my friends on GS here say it is but I can trust their judgment anyway. Also, been playing quite a bit of WoW. Play it for around 4 hours nearly every day now and just loving doing quests with parties and getting new items etc. Kind of regret getting LOTRO or should that be resubscribing to this since I haven't touched LOTRO since that. I think I might cancel my subscription to LOTRO until I am one with WoW again but that won't happen for a while.

Well, it is practically up to the Paypal now to decide about this problem between this idiot and I. I opened up a Paypal dispute like I said I was going to do since this guy is not going to give up and believe he is right, which he clearly isn't in this scenario. He decided not to bother communicating with me and escalated it to a claim.
The fact is though, knowing my luck, the guy will probably get away with it and I will probably have to pay more to the little p**** or Paypal will do that (hopefully since I have hardly any money to my name). I believe this guy is probably in his teens or something and hence thinks he can easily make a quick pound or two scamming people off. I thought he was reliable since he had 100% positive feedback but that is until he had to cross the line and have a go at myself with this.
Sorry about going on with this stuff but this guy is seriously getting on my last nerve. Lets looks at the "evidence" you may say:
Well, once again, sorry to go on about this. This is interesting to me since it is unfortunately the first time I have come across someone like this on ebay and will make me more cautious from now on dealing with ebay sellers.

If you watched my latest Darro's Blog, then you would know I bought a game off ebay and unfortunately, it was the wrong game. I told you about the replies that the guy sent me and I sent him another email that goes like this:
"Ok I am not trying to be ignorant or rude now but the fact is it was YOUR name and address on the parcel when I received it hence it should be you so how could it be that you are saying you don't own the game. I sent it back to you anyway since it couldn't be anyone else now. If you need proof, I will send a photo showing you the parcel and the address details on it.
Sorry if it has come to this but its the way it is."
And the seller who shall remain nameless, sent this reply:
"IM SORRY BUT YOU LEFT NEGATIVWE FEEDBACK NOW AND IVE DONE THE SAME. IM FINISHED WITH THIS NOW. I SENT YOU DK3 BECAUSE THATS THE ONLY DK GAME I HAD. I HAVE NOT OWNED DK2 SO I COUOLDNT HAVE SENT YOU IT. IF YOU HAVE POSTED THE GAME BACK THEN THATS YOUR PEROGATIVE, BUT I WONT BE CHANGING THE GAME OR REFUNDING YOU FOR THE GAME. NIETHER WILL I BE PAYING TO POST THE GAME BACK TO YOU."
First of all, the guy needs grammar and spelling lessons or just typing lessons. Second, I did give the guy negative feedback because of the fact I did not get the right game so what was I supposed to to do, give the guy a pat on the back? I sent the person another email stating why I left the negative feedback and other things. Overall, the person claims he sent DKC 3, as he does not own DKC 2 so how come I got a parcel with his name and address on it as part of the recorded process. People from the UK will know what I am talking about. It looks like I am not going to get my money back unless I go to Paypal about it and set up a dispute in which I most certainly will be doing if I don't receive any word from him within the next few days.
I am more upset now because of this as I think he is trying to rip me off with this or in some stupid way, somebody else has played some kind of joke but the latter seems totally unbelievable compared to the former. Anyway, will let you know how this goes so take care and ROCK ON!!
EDIT: Apparently. ebay have been informed regarding this according to the reply feedback that idiot put down in response to my negative feedback for him. This leaves me no choice but to open a dispute up on Paypal. Also for those wondering, I sent the game back to him but you guys know I have video evidence that it was the wrong game and the parcel that it came in so you know I am "innocent"!
