@captnforever: Nintendo owns majority share in Pokémon Company who licensed out their game to Niantic. Nintendo didn't publish it or anything. Their name or logo isn't in the game at all. If you can't see how distant the chain of command is, then I can't help you.

@DARREN636: yet the Switch can support up to 2TB of sdxc storage. Better than most smartphones. They could have gone the Sony route and made it proprietary. This isn't a bad situation in the slightest. I mean, I have a 128GB card in a drawer collecting dust that now has a use.

@DARREN636: yeah they INTENTIONALLY made the game bigger to screw themselves over. Get over yourself, it supports SD cards. I have a 128GB just lying around collecting dust that will work great for this. Also, games that you buy physically don't take up space aside from patches and save files.
