@timthegem: They want the brand recognizability. No one is going to care about an original Muslim character. Americans already have a hard enough time accepting ANY character that's Muslim. But they may give a Muslim a chance if they're in the form of an already popular character.

My opinion of anime is that culture has always been the biggest factor. Anime has always touched on Japanese culture, and every anime, even something as American in spirit as My Hero Academia, is very Japanese culturally. We'd never call most American animation Anime, and I would think that would extend to even Anime-styled animation. So, while something like Castlevania may look like anime, the culture that has built anime into what it is as a genre isn't there.

This, of course, is all entirely debatable, but this is how I've always viewed the differences in anime and other animations.

MoviePass is still the best deal. Yes, it has its restrictions, but I haven't paid for a ticket at any theater I've gone to (AMC, Cinemark, and Regal) and I've seen any movie I've wanted. While I may not be watching IMAX or 3D, but I've yet to encounter any major restrictions preventing me from getting the most out of my $10 a month. I don't mind all the other little things either, like having to take photos of my ticket or changing terms. MP is still trying to find a way to profit off it's program, so it's expected they're going to be changing things and figuring out what they need to do to make money. 1 to 2 movies in a week is still a huge value, but I go to the movies all the time, 2-3 times a week. For me, MP is the best deal.

These reviews are usually exaggerated, but I'm sure the movie is fun and a worthy sequel. The first movie was a lot of fun and this looks like a blast as well.

Actually, it comes off as really awkward, mostly cause Mariah is a really awkward villain. She's terribly cliche. If she had a moustache, she'd be twirling it. And I don't buy Shades being into her at all. It feels like he's using her for the power. Buuut, I haven't finished the season, so who knows.

Seems like bullying to me. I haven't played the Westworld game, so I have no idea if Bethesda is right about them using copyrighted code for Westworld. However, it seems horrible to ruin a bunch of people's lives over a mobile game. If Bethesda does win the suit, I hope they are at least lenient. No reason to be a bully over a mobile game.

@siarhei: Oh, Deus Ex is my favorite game. But besides thatand maybe Shadowrun Returns, there aren't many notable Cyberpunk games. Certainly not enough.

So very excited by all this. Why is Cyberpunk such a rare thing in gaming. More developers should be working on these kind of games. We've waited a long time for this, it's finally almost here.

It still doesn't explain why it took 14 years. Sure, Cars may be a merchandising powerhouse, but Incredibles 2 should have been a no brainier, especially since superhero movies have taken off like a rocket since the original Incredibles. If Disney wanted to make money off another franchise, they should have built this one out long ago, considering Incredibles is still one of Pixar's best (a hell of a lot better than Cars, that's for sure).

Nice! I can go back and finish the game now. Got frustrated with it the first go around and quit on it, but I'll give it another shot. It's a good game!
