This is the reason why I want to play my games without an internet connection. I don't want to buy something that's useless without a server to run it.
A $100M to design a controller that doesn't require a constant internet connection!?!? Screw that, I want to log onto the internet and find out who's using my controller, gosh dilly darn it. The way of the future is that the controller is always on. Bring me the darn future MS, bring it to me now and quit wimping out and stop 180'ing to all these imbecile gamers.
Um, $100M to add grips to the 360 controller...and to talk to the Kinect. I'd rather they spent that money in developing a $40 controller that flips the bird to Kinect.
Funny, I find it unfair that MS are not constantly bashed daily after changing a few of their unfriendly consumer policies. I don't want Big Brother in a box. Die Kinect Die.
Um, Mr. President Iwata, can I call your attention to the 160,000 in unit sales this past quarter. Do you really think you're going to sell 5.4 million more units in the next 9 months. $50 more gets you a PS4. $100 less gets you a X360 or PS3. You've maybe 3 more 1st party titles rolling out before Christmas. You have to sell 5 million more units before Christmas to meet your goal. There isn't a groundswelling of 3rd party developers to add content to your system. The situation is grim, Mr. Pres. Iwata, very grim indeed.
It also appears you need a small refresher in economics, Mr. Pres. When you spend $50 more to get a $60 games and 4 times the memory...well you see, you buy the game and more memory. It's really elementary, you can't play the Wii U without a game and why pay $10 more to get less memory. They don't pay you to make these kinds of elementary math mistakes Mr. Pres.
