Okay so I watched...or um fell asleep to like the first 10 minutes of gameplay. I don't know if the action ever picks up in the game, but pushing a car and talking to mechanics isn't really the kind of game I'm looking for.

@bunchanumbers: MS doesn't order things incrementally with the Xbox. I'd guess the name Xbox Zodiac as more likely to follow Xbox Scorpio.

You know, if EA, Activision or Square Enix came out and said the NX is really great, it might mean something. Ubisoft bet hard on the Wii U, so I can't really trust their opinion on Nintendo.

Also, I feel like a broken record, but the primary reason the Wii was a success and the Wii U was a failure was price. Nintendo could've designed the greatest console ever in the NX, but few are going to pay $400 for something that's less than the PS4/XB1. The XB1 is perceived as an inferior console and it could not match the sales of the PS4 and now relies on heavy discounting. Nintendo has to get their console tech (up to or better than) the capabilities of the other console makers (the PS4 in particular) for $400. Nintendo's price point for an inferior console is roughly $150 to $200. The Wii retailed at half the price of the PS3/360 and that appeals to casual gamers. The motion controls appealed to non-gamers, especially exercise/dance enthusiasts. The Kinect was the poison pill for motion controls and I seriously doubt Nintendo has some other gimmick that will appeal to the masses the way motion controls did.

@Acillatem1993: I concur. Further, I doubt a story about Han Solo's smuggling days will have the gravitas to carry a movie predating the original Star Wars. He really wasn't a "hero" until the Death Star was destroyed. When you see how they handled a young Indiana Jones (with River Pheonix) in the Last Crusade, I just can't conceive of a story longer (than that 15-20 minute intro of the Last Crusade) that will carry a young Solo movie. Or to put my analogy in terms of Sports, it's like watching the tape of Peyton Manning's High School glory days after just watching him win the last Super Bowl.

If he quit McDonald's (or one of whatever places that pay a minimum wage in New Zealand) I could sorta understand. If he quit a decent paying middle/upper class job...well that company would be better off without him. The really sad part is, if it was an upper class job, I can guarantee you his rich parents have the political clout to get him hired into a higher paying job two years from now. Since he's freeloading with friends and living frugally on his adventure, he likely doesn't come from wealth.

There's a few games that interest me; Castlevania, Metroid, Super Mario Bros, Zelda and especially Link. There's a few more that I might enjoy. However, I'd rather have them make a Wii U disk with these 30 games than make a mini-system. Also, based on "other" retro systems, I know the old graphics look even worse on the new HD TVs than they did on the cathode ray TVs back in the day. I don't think they need to redo those games completely, but they should offer slightly polished versions that look/fit a bit better on modern TVs.

Alternatively, I find that many retro games look/play alot better on the "small" screen. If they really didn't want to tinker with any graphics a DS version would likely be the best way to experience these old games.

@olddadgamer: The governments of the world love to regulate morons/moronic behaviors. The old video game parlors didn't dangle people out in traffic to collect a virtual prize. Now Pokemon has brought Frogger into real life. Too many morons, especially of the millennial generation, see the chance at getting a virtual prize as worth more than avoiding an impact with a fast moving car. You start adding burger discounts to accompany Pokemon Go and the millennials won't be the only people wandering into traffic. Watch, in a matter of months/years government leaders will be demanding tax increases to combat the addictions of Pokemon Go users, especially for those using free government supplied cell phones.

@untouchables111: No I don't see this fad slowing down anytime soon. Pokemon might not be the craze 6 months from now, but there will be other games to replace it. All publishers are drooling over it and looking for similar ways to emulate it.

@ltjohnnyrico: If this movie is a hit, Hollywood will be willing to feminize anything and everything. Deliverance wasn't the most popular of movies, so it's probably far down on their list.

@mirage_so3: With the women, it's a bad remake that no one wants to see.
