Tech companies live and breathe customer data. They thirst for it like a vampire wants blood or a fish wants water. Customer data is everything these days. That's why it's so absolutely mind boggling how MS could so badly miss the mark with the XB1 launch.
Coming from the 360 I was going to switch to PS4 when all of those insane announcements were coming from MS. But then they started backtracking and I decided to wait until they came to their senses enough to ditch that stupid Kinect.
Eventually MS regained their sanity and I got an XB1 ....no regrets at all.
Maybe the readers here will better understand it if you put it in the context of having to play Starcraft matches for 14 hours a day seven days a week for a year straight and in between matches do absolutely nothing else but eat, sleep and train for Starcraft and then at the end of the 12 months somebody comes up to you and says "Hey! wanna play some Starcraft?"
You would be like "F*** you!....and go f*** yourself sideways!..."
