@deactivated-5cd02a489fc38: To be fair, I'm sure he/she is quite aware of the stereotypical vision of the "mainstream society" perception of video games and their players. Comparing one genre of movie to the entire medium of games is missing the point though.

This could have been truly great - finally an Aliens game with some real depth to it, rather than that garbage Colonial Marines. We've had pretty much the perfect Alien game in Isolation, but a good AlienssssSSSSSSSS is still nowhere to be found. Yet...

Raytracing and 8K? I'm no expert, but even I know that's no joke. There's got to be some power there - overkill even (who has a tv big enough to even appreciate 8K?).

Still, no real excitement until I see some games.

@videogameninja: Well worth playing - the best of the new trilogy. Play on "One with The Jungle" mode for the best experience ;-)

Whilst I'll never understand people celebrating the fact you're paying for what would be the equivalent of fast forwarding a movie/tv show, at least the actual game hasn't been compromised by any pay to win feature being dangled in your face, as it's just the unlockable content that's being (re)sold.
