Proudly I have put 200+ hrs into JC2. It's simply the best single player game out there, has so much to do that you can play forever. This game together with GTA san andreas are just at the top of the fun and value pyramid.

Oh capitalism. The trend will end up in publishers selling half a game then charging for the rest of the game as DLC even when its already in the disc. Its a dirty strategy but that's what it'll come down to. They will lock the best elements of the game and sell a core for $60+ then will probably make an extra $60+ for unlocking the rest of the game. I tell you this, the game industry has grown, and will grow larger, but it will bury itself by trying to cheat the costumers dry. All the DLC, no used games, etc, etc, crap will come back to haunt them. Remember this a form of entertainment you can always abandon or switch to another form of entertainment. Trying to be greedy like pharmaceuticals and banks will kill the industry.

@ShadowOfKratos True, but PC gamers are constantly bashing controller play and predicating how superior mouse and keys are, which to me its relative to the game, so I think the world believes PC gamers hate controllers to death.

And PC gaming has lost serious ground to consoles, even while the PC just gives you incredible control over the experience compared to console.

But the complexity of fine tuning, patching, modding, and other file operations together with the high cost of upgrading continuously to have a graphics advantage over consoles is just frustrating.

That's why consoles are taking over. I myself was a PC gamer and still play some simulators and games that are PC exclusives like "world in conflict"etc. but I mainly play console now because simple is beautiful, unless PC gaming is all you do in life.

@Darkeus Agree 100%. Games are being rushed and end up so flawed and broken that its killing gaming. R* is doing the right thing here. I personally don't preorder anymore and usually wait till reviews from critics and users tell me if the game is broken. I buy fewer games every year because of the poor quality and low content, and I will continue to buy less if they give me less.

@Sgthombre Well, in my opinion GTA is one of those games played better with a control pad, just like FPS works better with mouse and keys. I still play GTASA PC version and use a pad, so I figure they know this and they will opt to favor consoles.

@HELL1ZH3RE totally agree, recently games are crap, no quality, too many glitches, too short in content, plenty of recycling, gameplay, fun factor and variety replaced by cinematic timed events, plain linear crap. GTA is one of those titles that is worth waiting for.

@DemannameD @MN121MN When GTA abandoned fun for reality SR3 filled that gap quite well. It was fun, I like it over GTA4 anyday. Now GTASA is something else, in its own league. If GTA5 takes that approach SR3 cant touch it, but seriously, although it had a lot of silliness, SR3 over GTA4 anyday.

Delays are acceptable for the quality this studio delivers. I will gladly wait for this game knowing it will be something to behold. I just hope they take cues from the public and make this one more like GTASA and less like GTA4. I don't want to take half a minute to steal a car!!! **** realism. And maybe some climbing mechanics, running and driving gets old, I want to access any part of the world, roofs, etc.

@Matcam89 Totally agree, it has to come with a big price drop for it to be fair.

@clqtte Agree, you can sell a disc but not digital, thats why the price has to be cut significantly, no one will pay $60+ for digital because it has no salvage value.
