@cfscorpio: I ran it just fine when I still only had a single GTX 1080. The game defaults to dynamic scaling to lock in the 60fps and stayed at 2160p while adjusting other visual aspects of the game dynamically. I can see Forza 7 doing the same. However, Apex was the first of their newly revised engine allowing the tech to roll out so, the argument about the last decades worth of Forza games stand. I applaud the idea that it's no longer valid as things are starting change though.
@lonesamurai1: There are people here that can build a powerhouse 4K gaming PC for next to nothing using scrap parts off eBay and bits of cookie crumbs.
@pcps4xb: Microsoft also said a few weeks prior there would be "something" Halo related at E3 and there wasn't. Sparked a ton of 4K Halo remaster talk. You can't ever believe these industry guys.
@pspearman: 10 games in (counting Horizons) doesn't change the history of things. But I wonder what they mean by dynamic exactly. Forza 6 was either a bad weather track or a good weather track or a night time track. I will be impressed if I start a race in Forza 7 while there's a thunderstorm and by the time it finishes will be a clear starry night time sky. Having a full on weather system that comes and goes would be very nice. Sony's Driveclub did that. I only wish it had a Pro patch to make it worth playing again.
