My game disc was in place but the extra fell out. Not big of a deal for me since they are minor but I'll think about it.
I don't know why Bungie has such a bad record with the extra disc editions.

I've been playing Call of Duty beta for the past weeks and haven't touched Halo 2 in a couple weeks. Well, first thing I do when I start the game with my brother is throw a grenade at all the troops in front of me. I think it deserved the spot that it did of course I have not got very far into the campaign yet.
Did you even read the review? The score makes completely no sense based on the review.
"360/PS3 differences
A lot of fuss has been made of the framerate and graphical differences between the two versions of the game; we didn't find it significant enough to affect our scores. It should be noted that the PS3 version supports Sixaxis motion control for player movement, but it's awkwardly executed and not really worth bothering with (which is probably why it's disabled by default). Disappointingly, the PS3 version supports only four players online, while the 360 version supports six. The 360's rumble feature adds a nice tactile response to moving over different surfaces, but some challenges are actually easier with it turned off. The choice really comes down to which controller feels better and more responsive in your hands, and which version your friends are playing online."
I think both are equally impresive. Crysis is a more everyday map editor (which is ironic because isn't Halo 3 picked on for not being unique) while Forge is more of advanced game mode that combines some map making elements. Crysis involves creating whole new landscapes while Forge only has some basic modifying abilities. On the otherhand, you can not play your Crysis maps in real time in multiplayer while editing them. Some people consider Forge very simple yet its main feature is much more complex then the crysis map maker.
They shouldn't be compared however because they are going for totally different directions. I will say that Forge will have a bigger impact on Halo 3 multiplayer then the Crysis map maker will have on Crysis multiplayer.
[QUOTE="Immortal_Evil"][QUOTE="baddog121390"]Keep telling yourself that to make you feel better.Remember that this beta has no AA, AF, and both very high and ultra high settings are disabled. Not to mention this is DX9.
Still looks better than any other game out there.

You must not know how PC betas operate. I wouldn't expect you to know either so stop trying to act like it.
I didn't know all PC developers operate their beta in the same way. It depends on how far away the beta is from the release plus the individual developer. Their are plenty of PC beta's that are very close representations of the finished product. I assume from your arrogance that you must be a beta fanatic. I think the reason that they have the settings disabled is because they know that most of the pc gamers that bought very high end setups are going to be dissapointed with a very low framerate. I'm not saying that you are wrong because no-one knows what the finished product and I hope you are right because I want to be able to play this great game with 3/4 the visual quality of these pics.
How come you don't have a "Not buying the game at all" option? Because that's what I'm doing; not buying it.D3R1N
I guess he thought all the idiots stayed in system wars.
[QUOTE="BioShockOwnz"][QUOTE="fuzzysquash"][QUOTE="JiveT"]I'm very glad to hear this news. 4 discs for $60 bucks is quite a deal!fuzzysquash
More discs = more value? :?
In this case, yes.
I don't know how this news could possibly be interpreted as a positive thing for the 360 platform.
It's not. It's being interpreted as a positive thing for Lost Odyssey. I haven't seen anyone say that this is a 360 console. You could interpret it I guess as being good for the 360 because the 360 is going to be getting a lengthy hopefully good game. If you think of the 360 in pure technical terms.
I will say that this is a positive thing for the Miscrosoft's choice for putting in a dvd drive instead of a high def format. The reason is, it proves that game developers do not care how many disks a game is put on. Hopefully, when the game is released, the game will prove that real gamers don't give a **** about how many disks their game is and they will feel like they are getting good value compared to other 360 games.
"Other than multiplats, how many visually amazing PC games can you think of that has set itself apart? HL2, Crysis and thats it."
how about World in Conflict?, Company of Heros?, Medieval 2 total war?, Supreme commander?

Everyone of those is a rts which I think proves the point that PC is a mainly FPS/RTS Focus. Sure there are some great non FPS/RTS that come out on the PC but the consoles provide a great supply of a wide range of games.
I don't agree the the TC. Console gaming is different than PC Gaming and it's only what the user finds more enjoyable, nothing else. I hope that these creaters of the topics are not jelous that they can't afford a pc but I see an equal ammount of console hate from PC gamers. It's topics like this that give pc gamers a reason to hate console gamers...
