The moment it was said as a selling point Co-op with your buddy, i knew it was going to be bad. As more delays piled on then that just were nail in the coffin. I knew main story would be butchered to fit co-op gameplay loop nonsense. This could only spell trouble for the suicide squad game since most likely it also has the same structure.
They probably thought that co-op would translate into 2x copies sold, while also if the game was bad it would also translate into 2x less copies sold.
@hardwenzen: The beta had a handful of missions set in the same environment, a taken over manufactorium. Some you had to restart it using cryo rods, others you had to kill a corrupted arbiter, steal ammo. Different areas but the manufactorium theme was prevalent.
It was somewhat meh, weapon selection was very limited, character progression almost null, zero effort to make it look a team work game like on the videos. Granted that if you find a group that worked together it was nice. Missions werent short, a 25 min mission average.

Probably has more to do with Marvel pressing full throttle to make Deadpool3 and bring Wolverine to the MCU, since Wolverine/xmen alone is guaranteed to fill theater seats.
Unless the reviewer wouldnt get paid unless he finished the game, i cant see why he tortured himself to play a 5/10 game for 40 hours.
I havent gone really further on the switch version, but am guessing he would also had given a 5 to Triangle Strategy as well. Both games have similarities, i can see myself seeing the plot to completion.
I know a lot of people expect games like these to be like persona or fire emblem kind of visual novel character development, but its simply a nice strategy game with a plot.
@Wraith3: But all their tech got bought by PNY so in reality BFG only lost the name usage. Even the aesthetic of their cards still retain the BFG feel( PNY). Some articles at the time said that suppliers for manufacturing increased their prices and called all debts (since in those days was the occupy WallStreet movement) on top of all the fallout of bernie maddof billions scam.
The BFG CEO even worked for nvidia, he was barely at nvidia like a year i recall, always gave me the wrong vibe, like you would read an odd news line that "US citizen in jail for selling stuff to the chinesse government." sorta thing :P
I dont know, i bought gigabyte GPUs since getting a founders Nvidia is almost impossible.
I always see that EVGA has stocks available, that doesnt really gives me confidence. Not to mention that the fan(s) look cheaply made. I prefer a gigabyte turbofan vs a triple fan. Since turbofan are far more easier to clean and replace the thermal padding.
Kinda obvious that Nvidia will favor sell their own GPUs at launch, its how brand confidence was established and put Nvidia on the map not to mention that all the PR of people showing their actual performance with a founder card match all the articles shown earlier which make a further statement. No need to boost performance or whatnot with software gimmicks to reach the FPS advertised.
How can they lose money when Nvidia makes only a handful of founders cards, i have yet to be able to secure one XD.
