@sladakrobot: Your comment still doesn't make sense. The Pro will be "inferior" in power, but I will remind you again of the PS2 vs original Xbox. The Xbox was much more powerful than the PS2, but PlayStation had the games (it went on to sell around 150 million systems). PS4 has a big lead on Xbox right now and unless the Scorpio gets a ton of exclusive games, that is not going to change. I'm going to buy a Scorpio and may love it the most this gen (I preferred the Xbox over PS2), but I'm one person, not the millions who realize most of their friends have Playstation.

@skemaal: Sony is not trying to convince anyone to buy the Pro. That would be terrible marketing. They want people to buy PS4 period. I'm sure they make more on the standard version of the system due to costs now. Which version does not matter, It's just an option. If you want more power or are getting VR, this is the best version. It might seem crazy now, but to the average consumer, if there is confusion between the systems, the consumer will go elsewhere. If Microsoft does nothing but push the Scorpio like it's a new system not connected to the One, it will fail miserably. Similar to the WiiU. Nintendo did not go far enough to explain it was a new system and not just an add-on. People were confused and became uninterested. The power of the system will not matter in the end. The games and community will be the deciding factor.

@deviltaz35: Yeah, that's true and I've seen the digital foundry vids that show the slight difference. My only point is that the XboxS is not a new or truly upgraded system. It is the new model to replace the original unit. Every game company does this after a few years on the market to save money on production costs. The Pro and Scorpio are the true upgrades and even though the Pro is not as powerful as the Scorpio will be, it's still the proper comparison. The only question could be, if you have neither of this gens systems and were buying one this Christmas, which would you buy? But, I did not make that distinction in my post and what you wrote is true. thanks and yeah I want both the Scorpio and the Pro. There will be great games on both.

I know it's just a game, but the samurai really irks me. Samurai swords aren't designed for blocking and clanging. They're made for cutting quickly through skin and bone. The average duel lasted around ten seconds. One or two moves and someone dies. The basic strategy and weaponry would have to change if going against a knight with heavy armor. I know it's silly, but it's been on my mind since E3.

It's fun to mess with, but I just make my guy from scratch. It helps avoid the lip chin.

@wtf_666: So you know nothing about Pro (even though it's been shown and explained) or the Scorpio, but you know all about the NX? Please explain, how much will it cost? What are the specs? Funny, you say 360p. The Wii u is HD. Your obviously a lame fanboy troll.

@khelandros: No, the Xbox1 S is the same system with 4k bluray and smaller in size. The comparison is between pro and Scorpio. Just like ps2 and the original Xbox. Xbox came out a year later and was much more powerful. It didn't matter, all the games were on ps2. That's what it's all about.

Personally, I would rather pay $400 for the pro without a 4k drive than $500 with it. I love movies, but damn, I only have so much room for physical stuff. This gen only 20% of my games are physical and the last bluray I bought was Mad Max fury road. I can't remember the last one before that. I just don't care about 4k bluray. If it becomes a big deal for some reason, I plan on getting the Scorpio as well. Sony isn't screwing anyone with this decision, but Microsoft will use the info the same way Sony shoved 1080p gaming in their face.
